All of the beef is carefully selected, aged for tenderness, and grilled to perfection. With fresh seafood flown in daily, exquisite sides and an extensive wine menu, you’ll quickly see why the Broiler is widely regarded by locals as the best steakhouse in Las Vegas.
Brick-walled, brass-adorned surf ‘n’ turf joint inside Boulder Station featuring soup & salad bar.

The calamari, crabcakes, and sizzling shrimp appetizers were great, but the amount they gave us could.have been more. The biscuits were soft and the butter was smooth. While the ribeye steak was huge (16 ounces), not all of it was cooked to medium as I requested. The sauce was tasty. The chocolate lava cake did taste great, but it was tiny. I would come back, though.

Was not busy on Wednesday evening so was nice and peaceful. Servers are very friendly and attentive. Hubby got the rib eye steak with loaded potato and I got queen cut prime rib with asparagus. Both were great choices.
The steak flavoring was delicious and the sauce was tasty.. Hubby wanted to know how they made it, lol. Potato was cooked just right. I like mine a little more “loaded” but it was good.
The prime rib was delicious and cooked just right. Asparagus idk how they made that taste good but they sure did, cooked perfectly!
We’d recommend this spot! Was a little spendy but any good steak spot will be.

Had a great night with my girls and family. Mr. Carlos our main server was pretty amazing. He was super attentive, but did not bother every 5 mins that was nice, because we got to enjoy our meal. It’s been 15+ years since I have had dinner there. We’ll definitely go back.
Thank you all from the front to the back.

During our latest trip to Las Vegas, we drive out to Boulder Station for a birthday dinner for one of our friends at The Broiler. We were a little worried that we were able to get a table for 7 without a wait and that the restaurant was more than half empty when we sat at 7:30pm.
However, we were pleasantly surprised by a friendly and attentive staff that served some of the most amazing dishes of our trip!
First, they brought a basket of warm rolls and biscuits that were full of flavor. Next, we had their famous Tableside Caesar Salad where they brought out the ingredients on a cart and built the salad next to your table.
For the main dishes, a few of us had the Wednesday special which was the Crab Stuffed Maine Lobster. It was absolutely delicious with a great mix of crab and lobster. One person in our party had the prime rib which was also great.
The rest of us went with our server, Kenny’s suggestion of the Rib Eye Steak. Kenny was on point as this was the best steak I’ve had in a very long time. The steak was marinated, then smoke grilled and garnished with a garlic cilantro sauce. If you like steak, you cannot go wrong with The Broiler’s Rib Eye Steak!
Finally, a big shout to our server Kenny who was funny, friendly and topped off a great dinner with great service!

Went to enjoy our 2025 Thanksgiving dinner. While the staff and overall ambience was great, the food was absolutely terrible given the $60 price tag. It started with a decent salad that was unfortunately served with rolls that were gooey and uncooked on the inside. The main plate was bountiful however the turkey was drenched in salt instead of gravy. The stuffing was dry and burnt. The sweet potatoes had good flavor but were unevenly cooked resulting in many raw pieces. The garlic mashed potatoes lacked any garlic flavor and had the consistency of instant mashed potatoes. The grilled asparagus tasted ashy. We opted for pumpkin cheesecake for dessert. It was dry and lacked any pumpkin flavor. Overall, extremely disappointing. Don’t know how the rest of the menu is prepared, but not really interested in returning to find out. Glad our friend who was with us had gotten the meal comped by her casino host.

We went on a Friday night and the place was empty. The food came out insanely fast. Their prices are amazing. Steaks come with sides and they have a ton of great specials depending on the days of the weeks. The steak was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The lobster had great taste but was slightly over cooked. The mashed potatoes are very garlicky. And the Mac and cheese was good but nothing spectacular. The brownie was customizable with all the toppings and it was HUGE. overall excellent dinner.

All food we had was great. Table side caesar was a must try! Steak was perfectly cooked. Went for unlimited crab legs and it’s definitely worth it! Service was lacking a little as it was very busy there but waiter was very friendly.

The Broiler blew me away—hands down the best Prime Rib I’ve had in all of Vegas! Perfectly cooked, melt-in-your-mouth tender, and packed with flavor. Every bite was a reminder of why I love a good steakhouse.
My friend ordered the Ribeye and was just as impressed. Juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked to perfection—he couldn’t stop raving about it. The service was attentive, the ambiance was classic and comfortable, and everything from start to finish felt like a premium experience without being pretentious.
If you’re in Vegas and craving a truly unforgettable steak dinner, The Broiler is a must-visit. I’ll absolutely be back!

This place wasn’t bad they had a really really good filet I ordered a 8 ounce filet and it was super cool that our server came to the table and made the Caesar seller from scratch, including the dressing with the real anchovies in it you could tell he didn’t really want to make it but he had to and he was kinda impatient with us all but anyways I really enjoyed the rolls they made crispy and soft is always the right way to go and the mashed potatoes was well made as well it was a pretty good place minus the rudeness of our server
