For appetizers, we had the sizzling shrimp and chicken dip that were delicious. Dinner was the full rack of ribs and seafood pasta. The ribs were very good. The pasta had a bit of a grainy feel to the sauce but it was good. Loved the rolls. If you get the baked yam as a side, the cinnamon butter is amazing! Great server. Very friendly and attentive staff from front to back of house. It’s always a very nice treat to eat here. The atmosphere is clean and quiet. Great place to celebrate a special occasion!

THIS PLACE WAS PERFECTION! My husband and I were celebrating something personal and they made this the PERFECT evening. Our waiter Matt was on point with everything. Even timing our meals to make sure no items came out to fast or two slow. I highly recommend asking for Matt to handle your dining experience here at the broiler. Food was beyond on point and not one single thing was incorrect. even our specific drinks were perfect. We will ABSOLUTELY be return customers when returning to Vegas. Please try the potato chowder. It’s amazing.

They were out of the wine I requested, but our server, Carlos, suggested another wine in the same price range and it was pretty good. We ordered the Oysters Rockefeller – wish I had ordered 2, they were very delicious. Meals were also good , wait staff very attentive and knowledgeable. Don’t know if I will be in Vegas again, but I would recommend getting Oysters Rockefeller here…husband and I both really enjoyed.

The Broiler has been our go to for special occasions for years. Loved the menu choices and the salad bar. We were there last August and they had to do away with salad bar but the salad was included with good choices. Menu was the same and we love the crème brûlée. We were disappointed last night. Menu has been completely changed. Table side Caesar salad was just ok and not included with dinner. No shrimp Louie salad. One side included but potato was not hot enough to melt the butter. I did have a perfect filet tho. But they also took the crème brûlée off the menu. So most of the food choices listed below on the ratings are not even on the menu!

Had dinner with four mates. Food was amazing, portions were generous, and the staff were incredible. I had the king cut prime rib, which was tender and flavorful. Not pictured here, but their steakhouse salad is huge and super tasty, while the crème brûlèe was a great way to end the meal on a savory sweet note. I highly recommend this place for a great experience, reasonable pricing, and stellar service. We were also able to walk in with no wait and enjoy our meal. We will be back the next time we are in Vegas!

My family celebrated with The Boiler and we had an awesome experience. Jude was our server and she did an amazing job. Management was so attentive and professional. They took this family photo for us! The food was delicious and the menu was health conscientious. I can’t say enough about our time we all had at The Boiler steak and seafood. Great Job!
