Came here on my lunch break for work and it was a 10/10. Orders ribs along with smoked chicken wings both were delicious, with a crunchy smoked outer layer with a juicy soft center. Flavor was good as well seasoned to perfection. We also order banana pudding and holy moly so yummy! Look forward to coming back

First visit tonight and this is proper Texas Barbecue. We ordered a Brisket Sandwich with a side of Mustard Potato Salad and a drink ($17.50) a Brisket plate with baked beans and macaroni and cheese ($18), and a Two Meat plate with brisket and sausage with sides of cream corn and fried okra ($21). We also tried the cornbread which was perfect, moist, slightly sweet and yummy.
The brisket was pretty nice, you can order it moist or lean. The sausage was a nice consistency and nice taste. The cream corn was nicer than I remember cream corn, the okra was. Crisp and tasty, the macaroni and cheese was creamy with a subtle taste. I would prefer a stronger taste and a bit less creamy…but still good. The baked beans were pretty perfect. Great flavor and consistency.
We interacted with three staff members and all were very nice, friendly and helpful. This is a recommended restaurant to visit.

Man… I’ve lived in Texas for 40+ years. I grew up on bbq here. I’ve tried more places than I can even remember, from restaurants, to church’s and cook offs and my own. It’s my favorite food. I can honestly say, this bbq here…. best I’ve ever had hands down!! You can feel the love in what they do… and taste it too!! I wish I would have found them sooner. An absolute must have if you are in the area. The staff is great, management is very friendly. I would give it 6 stars if it would let me. Don’t miss out!!

Coming from someone who has had a lot of BBQ in their life and tried a lot of Texas bbq, I’m really not sure where all these 4/5 star reviews are coming from. In my opinion the prices are very high for what you get in quality, taste and portion size. I ordered the Texas Trinity Platter $28, asked for 50/50 lean/moist brisket and only got lean, and it was dry and tough, did not pass the bend test. Sausage was slightly better than basic Eckrich store bought sausage. Ribs were dry and lacked flavor. Also ordered the 3 meat plate $26, Chicken was dry, turkey was dry, and same with the brisket portion. Turkey didn’t taste like it was brined, injected, or like butter at all, same with chicken. Portion size could have been much better and the fries were soggy and underwhelming, didn’t even have salt. Mac and cheese tastes like the Michelinas’s $1 box from walmart, loaded mashed potatoes tasted bland, potato salad was ok, tasted store bought, cornbread was dry too. Overall not very impressed, couldn’t find a smoke ring on anything, so hard to believe this was cooked on a large offset with post oak, probably just an indoor commercial oven. Those that gave 4/5 stars really need to go try Burnt Bean, Leroy and Lewis, Goldee’s or even Franklins BBQ. Sure you will drive further and pay more, but you get what you pay for. You can’t charge these high prices and give out bbq that you can find cooked better by a local backyard offset. In case you are wondering, the prices on their website are not the same as in store, they are slightly more expensive. Just for reference, Burnt Bean has 1/2lb of prime brisket for $18 here choice it’s $15, that’s wild. You can see for yourself the weight of the tiny portions, 1oz of brisket, 4oz of chicken, 3oz ribs, 2oz of brisket, 2oz of turkey. Do better.

Great atmosphere. Great service and some damn good BBQ. on this visit I ate a sliced brisket sandwich. It was very good. I got to mention their barbecue sauce was really well put together. It wasn’t too spicy. It wasn’t too sweet. It wasn’t very overpowering. It gave the meat an extra kick of flavor and at the end I want to say I had a little tingling in my lips. I’m guessing from whatever spices they used. Overall a very good lunch experience and I would recommend and I will visit again.

I ordered on Doordash and got the 3 meat plate and I am not disappointed. The brisket, chicken and ribs were on point. I really enjoyed the green beans and okra as well. This is my first time visiting Texas. If I ever come back, I’ll be sure to visit this place.

Great local place for good BBQ. Prices fair but hey do not have a sandwich combo plate, You have to buy the sides as an extra was the only downfall in my opinion. That was a little pricey. Chopped beef Sandwich, potato salad and a drink just over $20. They do have some dessert options. They looked good. The food was delicious , fast service. Nice clean dining area. Outside patio as well. I will be back

I ordered 1 pound of moist cut brisket trimmed today my first time to visit. When I got home, I was very surprised at how small the slices were. The flavor was very good and the brisket, the baked beans are very good but loaded with sugar, very sweet Mixed with little small shavings of brisket which brought out the flavor, but still too much sugar. Also ordered the jalapeño sausage, which was great. But what shocked me the most was when I asked to look at a piece of pecan pie. They wanted five dollars for a very Small piece of pecan pie. That was not much bigger than a hostess Twinkie. I’m not joking Once went into a local store to do business, I asked them about the brisket house and they said it’s good but they were very expensive. That is very true. They are really very expensive. I was totally surprised at how small the slices of brisket were compared to other barbecue places in the vicinity, but overall the flavor was really good, but still it was very overpriced. The local People even said to me before I went there be prepared to pay a lot of money for what you get because they are highly expensive and I found this to be very true. The main reason that they do such a big volume of business is because they live very close to the local refineries and chemical plants and a lot of of companies employees go there to eat they pay for their meals and their supervisors usually pay for their meals because they get reimbursed so price means nothing to the Big companies but to the overall public people such as myself I could afford it but pricewise it still is very expensive. Very nice people very clean inside and out from what I could see you can’t see the kitchen compared to Rudy’s barbecue where you can see everything in league city But I live in Pasadena and by the time I drive to league city and back I would end up spending more money, but at Rudy’s they weigh their barbecue right in front of you at the register so you know how much you’re getting exactly to the pound, plus ounce Overall I guess it was pretty good. I’m stuffed right now and will probably sleep very good tonight. I will go there again, but it was a total joke that they were selling such small pieces of a pecan pie for five bucks a slice, which was equivalent as I mentioned earlier to a hostess Twinkie I’m not joking!

Great BBQ and reasonably priced. Have been coming here for a long time and have never been disappointed. Their brisket is moist and tender without a lot of fat.
