The iced coffee was smooth, bold, and actually tasted like good coffee (rare!), and everyone working there was incredibly friendly. Yes, it’s a little pricy, but you can’t find quality like this anywhere else around—especially early in the morning. Absolutely worth it.
The chairs were super comfortable! ❤️
Food was way better than expected!
Service was very friendly!
I don’t know what to make of the atmosphere. It has a clean, appearance and also has a bunch of oversized kids games on a quarter of the floor space. It wasn’t bad, but some of the choices were interesting.
Need to try the lobster and seafood options. I got the breakfast sandwich and kept it simple.
Cafe fries are a MUST!!
Stumbled upon this place a few days ago and honestly can’t stop thinking about it! The Bridgewater Cafe is exactly what you hope to find in a local spot – family-owned, everything made from scratch, and staff who genuinely care.
Their khachapuri (Georgian cheese bread) is incredible – they bring it out hot with a runny egg on top that you mix in yourself. Never had anything like it! We also tried the eggs & fruit platter, chicken bagel, homemade empanadas, and hummus pita. Everything was fresh and you could taste the quality in every bite.
The owner hand-picks ingredients and it shows. The empanadas weren’t frozen garbage – flaky, homemade pastry with perfectly seasoned fillings. Even the scrambled eggs were creamy and perfectly cooked.
As parents, this place is a dream. They have an awesome kids area with giant chess and Connect Four that kept our daughter entertained the entire meal. We could actually relax and enjoy our food instead of constantly entertaining her. The July 4th decorations were cute too.
Their cocktails are surprisingly creative – tried a sparkling one with dehydrated orange that was perfectly balanced. Not too sweet, great with the rich breakfast food.
This is the kind of neighborhood spot every area needs. Great food, reasonable prices, super friendly staff, and they clearly put love into everything they make. Already planning our next visit!
Pro tip: Get the khachapuri – it’s their specialty and absolutely worth trying even if Georgian food isn’t your usual thing.
Visited weekend morning, family of 3. No wait but probably smart to go early on weekends.
