We were staying near Jackson for a couple nights and decided to try this place out. We walked in and placed our takeout order at the counter inside and then waited in our car, where the girl at the outside takeout window was able to let us know when our order was ready.
We ordered a half mushroom/ half cheese pizza, some garlic knots, a large Greek salad, and some meatballs.
There was a misunderstanding with our half and half pizza. They made an entire mushroom pizza, but before we even knew about it, they went ahead and made an extra cheese pizza at no extra cost to us to compensate for the mistake. Such great service, and everyone we talked to was really friendly!
All of the food was delicious. There was not one thing that we tried that I wouldn’t recommend. I especially loved the Greek salad, and the meatballs were really yummy! Next time we’re in the area we’ll definitely order from there again.

Amazing pizza and homemade pasta! Loved the BBQ chicken pizza, kids meals were ample and they loved them. Atmosphere was great, good service too! Military discount offered.

Our waitress was very sweet and kind and the food was great! However, we were asked to leave the restaurant to make room for another party while my grandpa was still eating and they knew it was his birthday.

I gave 3 stars on service and atmosphere but a 1 star on the food. I am not sure what has happened but the Brickery was one of the best pizza place in Jackson. We had a company function where a vendor got pizza from there today and it is just not me but everyone is the office is saying they don’t feel well after eating. I have not revisited since my last experience a few year ago but it seems like it has not gotten better. Would love to see this go back to the way it used to be.

This place is wonderful!! Glad we stopped here when checking out the town for our Stranger Things tour. Sandwich was amazing, fries are great and the wings were BIG!! Definitely will come back when we come into town again. Highly recommend!!

My daughter and I went to The Brickery while in town this weekend. Based on reviews I am guessing our experience was unique, but service was slow. When the wings came out they were clearly overcooked with one wing being almost rock hard.
After that I saw a pizza come out of the oven and sit on the counter for almost 10 minutes. This pizza ended up being ours. We were already in a time crunch due to the slow service so I didn’t pursue it further, but the pizza was lukewarm at best once we got it. The staff was fine and the environment was nice, but it’s sad this was our experience. I don’t believe in giving up after only one try, but if/when we go to Jackson next I hope the experience is better should we return to The Brickery.

Nice local place. In-laws were staying at Indian Springs and it was a quick drive over. Staff was nice and food was good. I tried the Stromboli and others in our party had the chicken Alfredo and the kid’s pepperoni pizza was enjoyed.

Pricey. Food is good, but not great enough for the prices. Service is friendly & relatively quick. When we were leaving, noticed they had a couple sitting at a 2-seat table in the center of the walkway in front of the drink machine. That seemed very tacky for a supposedly nice restaurant.

Great place. Doc is the friendliest owner. He works right along side his employees. The pizzas are great and the zucchini fries are my favorite appetizer. There are always friendly welcomes when you come in. One of our favorite servers is Anna.
