At The Brick Oven Pub every dish is homemade with the freshest ingredients available our pizza dough is made from scratch and hand rolled. Much care is taken in preparing all our sauces and dressings. Our burgers are made from 1/2 lb delicious short rib brisket our wild caught Icelandic cod fish and chips is Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Battered and hand dipped to order. Onion rings are cut and hand battered in house, french fries are hand cut daily,. All our appetizers from our jumbo wings to our calamari to our battered to order fried mushrooms and fried pickles are hand made in house daily. Danette’s is proud to offer a wide variety of 30 Brews on Draft and an assortment of local wines.

10/15/25 Ventured out to Placerville for lunch at the Brick Oven Pub. We ordered the spicy BBQ pizza and the patty melt with garlic fries. Delicious food with generous portions. The French fries were hand cut. The Bleu cheese sauce & BBQ sauce were housemade.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a side of french fries the french fries were amazing and the pizza was great, but there was way too much cheese. Only ate one slice because my heart probably would’ve stopped if I ate a second one when you order a pizza ask for less cheese and they also serve giant portions But they have amazing food and drinks I give four stars because of the cheese and service was amazing

Almost full (inside & out) around 3pm (Football) so decided to come back after errands. Ordered to-go; great, friendly service, really delicious food (again) and timely. We’ve eaten here a few times (dining in & carry-out alternately) and the food is always excellent and the staff are always friendly and great. Environment is QUITE surprising inside – outside looks like a family-friendly! We ordered our favorite burgers, garlic fries & house salad again and they do not disappoint! We have tried the fish ‘n’ chips and the patty melt as well and they are outstanding.

Excellent experience! From the moment we sat down, our server, Nikki, was friendly, helpful and accommodating.
We ordered Cobb salad, bacon blue cheese burger, tater tots, and strawberry cheesecake.
The salad was fantastic! Fresh romaine lettuce, a whole sliced hard boiled egg, half an avocado, fresh chicken breast and real bacon bits, along with plenty of fresh blue cheese crumbles.
The burger was perfectly cooked, with delicious caramelized onions, and crispy bacon, served on a grilled brioche bun.
The tater tots were the best! Hot and crispy. Not at all greasy.
Cheesecake was also good.
Will definitely be back and will recommend this restaurant to friends.

Stopped to watch Super Bowl here, great vibes, fast service, and the food was really good quality, every item. Our server Stasia was a star. Their appetizers are all made in house from scratch including the dressings, the fried pickles and mushrooms are do die for, burgers were also huge and made to perfection! Mike was in the back having his way with it all for sure

No reason not to give it 5 stars. Wife was in the area getting some beauty treatment, so i decided to join her and look for a place to eat. Lucky for us (and them) our first choice was closed. So we found this place and it did not disappoint. I dont drink beer, but places like this make me think i should. Plenty of beers on tap! But the food was great. I had the meatball sandwich, and it was hearty. They certainly do not skimp. Wife had tuna melt, and that looked tasty as well. Can’t wait to come back to try the Ghirardelli chocolate calzone ala mode!!! Oh, Stasia our server was the best!!!
