All the stars goes out to the staff (especially Melissa) and the cooks… I went with 3 scramble, grits and sausage w/croissant and I couldn’t finish it!!! It was sooo good… no… it was great… next time I’m getting the house potatoes with the sausage gravy … chefs kiss…the atmosphere is a vibe… full of laughter and smiles when you look around and then the decor!!! Walked into this Breakfast establishment and was immediately greeted by a waitress. She quickly showed me to my seat . I was given a menu and politely asked if I wanted a drink . I asked for sweet tea but they only had unsweetened. Sugar packets and were arranged on the table so I was happy with that . I looked over the menu and got their Bennys Bonanza .( a little pricey but it gave a sample of the majority of their breakfast items ). There was plenty of seating and as I looked around I noticed barely any seats available . People who were eating were smiling and enjoying the food . The food came out and I noticed the French toast was of decent size .. two plates complete covered in food .( photos below ) . I started with the egg and meat plate which included maple bacon , one sausage link and Canadian bacon … the meats were good and the eggs however were cooked. Over easy and I asked for over medium … I ate them anyways and they were good . Going onto the pancakes , slice of French toast and the Mini waffle .. I think the best part of that plate was hands down the slice of French toast: it was large and had plenty of flavor … This meal I could envision a couple sharing since it had enough food for two on it . While eating my waitress ( Tracy) was on point and continued to check on me for refills and to see if I needed anything else . As I waited for my check I decided to use the restroom . There are two restrooms situated at the rear of the establishment near the kitchen . These bathrooms are neither male or female , but rather both with a single toilet . They are clean and sanitary. When it comes to parking they have plenty of it since this location is located in a shopping center . Staff and management are kid friendly also . As I sat and saw them interact with child patrons … my only two complaints on this visit were a dirty spoon that came out and my eggs not being exactly over medium … I would definitely come back to this location again in the future for more food as it gave off a pleasant atmosphere and good food ….

Tried this local eatery with my husband on a Wednesday morning due to the high rating. This place easily won our hearts! It was crowded, but we were seated promptly. The atmosphere is cozy. Waitstaff is friendly. We ordered two Eggs Benedict, both of which were very well executed. No wonder it is a local favorite!

Pretty solid breakfast joint. Service is prompt and friendly. Food was awesome, hit the spot. Atmosphere feels like you are eating in a country kitchen – very nice. Overall, this is a great place for breakfast. Highly recommend.

I was not happy with the service I received. I’m writing this review based on the service experience rather than the food. After spending over $500 on food orders from The Breakfast Shoppe, I was shocked by how poorly I was treated. During my most recent visit, the manager actually followed me out to my car and stood there yelling at me in the parking lot. It was uncomfortable, unnecessary, and completely unprofessional.

What made it worse was that they seemed upset about having to prepare the order in the first place, as if fulfilling a large order was an inconvenience. For a customer who has spent this much money with the restaurant, I expected at least a basic level of courtesy and respect.

No matter what the issue was, this kind of behavior toward a customer is unacceptable. It left a very negative impression and completely overshadowed any positive experience I may have had before. I truly hope management takes this seriously and addresses how customers are treated going forward.

Stopped in at the Breakfast Shope with coworkers and were seated almost immediately. The menu was huge, portions were generous, and everything looked great. I had the sausage gravy on biscuits—perfectly seasoned with peppercorn and absolutely delicious. Great spot for a hearty breakfast!

What a great find! I can see why this restaurant was featured on the FOOD NETWORK. The food is delicious, the service is fast and friendly, and the atmosphere has a cute country vibe with a machine that makes fresh squeezed orange juice. My husband had the smoked salmon omelet and I had the caprese omelet with a pancake. The cornbread was moist but not the traditional “wet” style. The pancake was better than average. The omelets were top tier…some of the best my husband and I have ever had. Highly recommend.

First time here, and I would for sure return . Great location with plenty of parking . The service and wait time to be serviced is beyond satisfactory. The food is beyond fulfilling. The French toast was for sure my favorite. The menu was reasonably priced . Nice spot to come eat and to get some work done if needed . Clean and very welcoming .

One of the best breakfast spots I’ve ever been to. Their food is stellar and worth the wait. And yes you will be waiting as I’ve never been there on a weekend without the wait. Today was about 30 minutes, got a comfortable both and prompt service. Coffee used to be really good but today was stomach-burning gas station level. I don’t know if they switched brands or if today was a fluke.
There’s a lot to have here that is really good! Their French toast, pancakes, and scrambled eggs are top notch. Their crowning glory is the backpacker’s pie. I’ve never seen it’s like anywhere else. An 8inch cast iron pan filled with scrambled eggs, potatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, onions, and smothered with cheeses. My wife and I usually split the French toast and the pie and can’t finish them both. It’s truly a humongous meal but so flavorful!

If you haven’t been to the shoppe u gotta check it out!

My husband and I recently went here for breakfast. We went on a weekday and, while it was crowded, we were seated right away.

Our server was friendly and polite. She came to our table to take our drink order just moments after we sat down.

While the menu had various different options on it, it was not overly unique. Most of the items are the same breakfast options you would get at many other restaurants.

My husband ordered the chicken and waffles. The chicken was not on the bone. It was chicken tenders. He knew this based on the description on the menu, but it is still disappointing. Not many restaurants offer chicken and waffles with chicken on the bone.

My husband said the chicken tenders were seasoned fine. He also said that the coding was nice and crisp. He did not have much to say about the waffle quarters because they were pretty averaged to what you would get at most restaurants.

I ordered the strawberries and cream French toast. The cream was simply whipped cream, and the strawberries were sliced, fresh strawberries. I have a choice between those or a strawberry compote. In retrospect, I should have gotten the compote.

My breakfast was fine, but slightly underwhelming. I was hoping they would have a stuffed French toast option.

There was nothing wrong with our experience, however, for a restaurant that was featured on the Food Network, I was not able to figure out what makes them over above.

Again, it was not a bad experience at all. However, it was basic breakfast fare.
