This review is for the upstairs bar. It’s a cute spot with stunning views just footsteps north of the main restaurant.
The drinks were nice and well priced for the prime beach overlook. They have their own creations plus classic cocktails.
Seating includes spots right along the water and bar top seating plus high tops on the sides.
They have a staircase or elevator to get up to the second floor. You have great views of the pier and surrounding beach. Didn’t try the food, but the drinks were nice!

I came here 2x so far with the 1st time being with my bf and we had a couch section. We didn’t need the entire space as we sit next to eachother so inviting another couple to sit across from us so they could enjoy the view/vibes also was a fun way to brighten the experience!
The second time was with my best friend for our one year anniversary and it was the cherry on top to our little beach day and product shoot for her necklaces 🙂
The Dubai chocolate brownie is my fave dessert ever— HIGHLY RECOMMEND ❤️

The break house is simply amazing. The location is just perfect beach front, and the food options are many and all with high quality. I had the breakfast burrito and it was incredibly tasty haha the baristas were great as well with their cappuccinos and lattes! Highly recommended!

The Break House is undeniably something really unique in the community and I’m so excited to have a new beach bar in town. Counter service gives it a casual feel but it’s definitely not your basic sandwich shop. Love that you can easily grab and go, bringing lunch to the beach or the pier. I tried the tuna poke bowl, Thai green papaya salad with chicken, and the chicken bahn mi. Everything was good but the salad was my favorite. It had a lot of great flavor and textures, and felt very light – definitely beach friendly. Fun fact: the fryers here are gluten-free!! So the “Snack Shack Fries” are a must. The upstairs bar wasn’t open when I went for lunch, but I walked up just to see it and it looks awesome…it’s going to become the new hot spot. I’m definitely looking forward to spending more time at The Break House!

I went to the soft opening of The Break House with friends and it already feels like a spot Deerfield Beach needed. It is the first rooftop bar in the area, so we arrived about 30 minutes before sunset to catch the view and it was beautiful. Soft light, ocean breeze, and that relaxed coastal feeling that makes you want to stay a while.
We ordered a mix of things to share. The Smokeshow Cheese Quesadilla was cheesy, simple, and really tasty. We also grabbed both the salt n pepper fries and the salt n vinegar fries… crispy, salty, and exactly what we wanted.
The bowls were the real standouts. The Tuna Poke Bowl was fresh with a nice balance of flavors. The Butter Chicken Bowl was comforting and still light, especially with the roasted vegetables and the yogurt lime crema tying it all together. The Salmon Heat Bowl had great flavor from the sesame orange glaze, and the chilli crunch added just the right kick. I ordered it medium and it came out perfectly cooked.
We also tried the Truffle Drip Grilled Cheese and it was such a cozy surprise. Sourdough with brie and Jack, a touch of white truffle oil, and a Moroccan tomato jam that gave it a little sweet twist that i loved.
I definitely want to come back for their breakfast and coffee menu. The Break House feels like an easy place to start your day or wind down at the bar in the evenings. Beautiful views, friendly energy, and a menu that makes sharing fun.

Just got a sneak peak at the Break House and was absolutely blown away.. First, the view is unbeatable.. if youre looking for some great cocktails (and affordable which is rare for a beach side restaurant) with an ocean view, the rooftop bar is the spot.. Second, the food is insane.. eclectic mix of food so you will certainly find something you love.. its counter service so you can skip the stuffy restaurant vibe.. food was brought quickly right to my table.. i had the spaghetti squash “bolognese” (veggie dish that could satisfy a carnivore) and the Butter Chicken Bowl.. PS dont skip the Glow Guac.. This is going to be everyones new spot on the island.. Want to impress some out of towners? Bring em here!
