Lovely decor and atmosphere, very attentive staff. Quality of food at the buffet left a lot to be desired. Everything was lukewarm warm or overcooked had clearly been sat out for ages. Overpriced for what you get.

Amazing food and service!
The team here are truly fantastic. Viraj, Shubham are fantastic hosts and managers at the restaurant. Highly professional, well presented, knowledgable about the cuisine, menu and provided great suggestions! Never tried to push menu items or over order for us.
The eggplant baingan Bartha was the most unique and tasty dish. The daal with tempering was the best daal I’ve had!
Viraj explained the roots of the dish in detail and the heritage of the cuisine eloquently.
I am definitely coming back. For the full duration of my stay at the Hilton so far I’ve eaten here every day. Friendly, warm and professional staff make the difference.

The Brasserie – Hilton at Mumbai International Airport: A Pleasant Dining Experience with Room for Improvement

When dining at The Brasserie, located inside the Hilton at Mumbai International Airport, you’re greeted with a mix of first impressions, starting from the entry itself. The entrance to the hotel can feel a bit cramped, with space limited to accommodate just 2-3 cars at a time on the flat surface, combined with a steep slope for both entry and exit. While valet parking is available, the service felt slightly understaffed, with seemingly only one person managing both the boom barrier and valet parking.

Once past security, you’re welcomed into a cozy and elegant Hilton lobby. Although it’s not grandiose in size, its beauty lies in its thoughtful design. The elegant couches and a glossy white grand piano create a subtle yet refined atmosphere, making it an inviting space. To the left of the lobby is The Brasserie, where we had a lunch buffet.

Ambiance:
The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, accommodating about 50 people. Despite its compact size, the restaurant wasn’t crowded when we arrived for our 2 pm reservation on a Saturday. The place was 80% empty, offering a calm and quiet environment. However, the overall ambiance didn’t exude the level of luxury you might expect from a Hilton property. The seating arrangements were functional but could have been more comfortable, particularly if you’re expecting a more lavish dining experience.

Food:
The buffet featured a wide variety of options, with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian selections available. The spread included:

• Soups: 1 veg and 1 non-veg option.
• Salads: 9 different varieties.
• Starters: 4 options (2 veg, 2 non-veg).
• Main Course: A mix of Indian and Chinese cuisine, with 4 gravies (2 veg, 2 non-veg), rice, noodles, and a few Chinese gravy dishes.
• Rice options: Chicken Biryani, Dal Tadka, and Jeera Rice.
• Non-Veg: Chicken, fish, and egg preparations.
• Live Counters: Pizza, pasta, and a choice of breads (roti, naan, etc.).
• Desserts: A decent variety with fruits, pastries, mousse shots, Indian sweets (Barfi, Malai Sandwich), ice creams, and a hot melted chocolate brownie alongside malpuva.

The quality of food was excellent, earning a solid 5/5. Every dish tasted fresh and well-prepared, although the overall taste ranked slightly lower at 4/5, as a few dishes didn’t fully hit the mark in terms of flavor depth. Still, with the wide variety on offer, there was something for every palate.

Service:
The service was decent, but could have been better. With only a few tables occupied, you’d expect more attentiveness from the staff. While they were polite and quick to respond to requests, the overall experience felt a bit lacking in terms of personalized service. For a property under the Hilton name, the expectation of seamless, luxurious service was not fully met, leading to a score of 4/5.

Cleanliness and Ambiance:
The restaurant was clean and tidy, giving off a neat and well-maintained vibe. However, the ambiance didn’t quite match the luxury you’d expect from a high-end hotel dining experience. It was pleasant but lacked a certain “wow” factor that you might anticipate at this price point. This led to a score of 3/5 for both the feel of luxury and sitting arrangements, as these could have been more comfortable and plush.

Overall:
For INR 3,221 per person, including taxes, the buffet at The Brasserie offers decent value if you’re looking for a variety of food in a quiet, elegant setting. The food quality is top-notch, and there’s enough variety to satisfy most diners. However, the experience could be enhanced with a more luxurious ambiance, better seating arrangements, and more personalized service.

Ratings:

• Food Quality: 5/5
• Food Taste: 4/5
• Cleanliness: 4/5
• Service: 4/5
• Ambience: 3/5
• Feel of luxury: 3/5
• Sitting arrangements: 3/5

In summary, The Brasserie at Hilton is a solid choice for a good meal, but with some room for improvement in terms of atmosphere to fully match the Hilton brand expectations.

Shockingly Poor Food – Complete Waste of Money
Dined at Hilton Mumbai International Airport and honestly, this was one of the worst buffet experiences we’ve had, especially at a price of ₹3,540 per person.
The buffet was pathetic for vegetarians. There was only one veg soup option, palak soup, which looked unappetising and tasted equally bad. The paneer starter was rock hard, completely inedible, and there were hardly two veg starters in total. Potato chilli tasted as if they were made 2-3 days back.
The main course was a disaster — the dal was literally water, with no flavour or texture. My husband couldn’t find even a single decent item to eat. After repeated requests, we were served cheese bread, which turned out to be two small, hard pieces of bread with cheese cubes placed on top — absolutely unacceptable.
The only edible item during the entire meal was khichdi, that was prepared after a request which was edible.
This level of food is embarrassing for a brand like Hilton. The buffet is grossly overpriced, poorly executed, and completely fails to justify the cost. Strongly not recommended.

Recently I went to Brasserie – Hilton for their wonderful Buffet with my brother. The restaurant is located in 5 Star Hotel – Hilton, Andheri, Mumbai. The interiors are so beautiful here, they are very attractive. The corners of the restaurant are very picture friendly.

✨ They have a huge buffet which includes veg and non veg food including seafood also. The buffet has different sections starting from salads, Starters/Appetizers and then to many options for main course and breads and then to Indian gravies and biryani’s and then desserts at the end.

✨ They have a huge amount of options in each section of the buffet. Also food items are served hot, whenever required. The quality of the food is really good, they have taken care of the flavours and overall taste of each food item in the buffet.

✨ They also have live counters for pizza and pasta, where you can order a pizza and pasta of your choice including choice of toppings and other ingredients.

✨ I really loved the food here, my personal favorites are chicken and paneer tikka from starters. In mains I loved Indian chicken gravies and biryani also. Also I really liked their hummus and pita bread. In Desserts I really loved the chocolate pudding and also Mithai was nice.

✨ We also had blue lagoon mocktails. The mocktails made were really perfect and also they were quite refreshing.

Overall a perfect fine dining experience we had here. Very impressed with the overall ambience, soft music and food also.

love visiting place who have for smorgasbord’s .. as such an awesome thus a lot of assortment satisfies me super.
This spot is situated close to the International Airport at Hilton inn.
..I visited Brasserie for Dinner smorgasbord and gracious my the experience was really Awesome.
The feel was exceptional.
The smorgasbord had a ton of assortment of cooking styles from North Indian to Chinese and Italian and considerably more.
My most loved were the starters wherein there was a ton of assortment of Tandoori starters .. I really adored them.
Indeed, even the pizza was heated well overall and stacked with cheddar.
We partook in the evening with a glass of wine and appreciated the excellence of the spot.
The help was great and fast.
I should say this experience was stand-out and couldn’t want anything more than to visit once more.
I would enthusiastically suggest this spot for buffet as it’s really worth the effort.
All the best to group Brasserie , and Hilton.

Visited this place few days back for lunch and we had really nice dining experience I would say.
Hilton undoubtedly is one of the finest brand when it comes to hospitality and impeccable f&b services. The brassiere by Hilton is one such creation by the team Hilton.
They basically have this beautiful Brasserie cited at the basement of Hilton Mumbai which serves amazing food and beverages. They have buffet as well as a ala carte options to try. We opted for buffet as it was massive and had some incredible options to try.
Talking about the ambience part it’s plush and elegant and the premises are very well maintained overall. The buffet arena is very well arranged and it’s easily accessible too.
Coming to the experience of buffet, so they have really nice and wide spread options to choose from also we came to know that they have cyclic menu where in lunch and dinner dishes are altogether different. To start off they had two varieties of soups, salad counter where you can make your own salad, a proper salad counter wherein there were more than 8 types of salad, bread basket along with assorted cheese platter, For the appetizers they had mushroom tart, kalimiri paneer tikka, chicken tikka, fish tikka, chicken in chilli oyster sauce and what not. The mains were equally good consisting of Murgh lababdar, paneer lababdar, chicken biryani, barista pulao, Thai herb noodles, grilled chicken steak and lot many dishes where we had forgot the count. To my surprise every single thing over here was spot on and the critic in me couldn’t find a single flaw. It was as good as it can get.
Lastly the favourite part of every buffet which is dessert spread was very good too. They had decent 10-11 options in all and that’s more than sufficient as they had carefully curated the menu in my opinion having mix of Indian as well as western Delicacies. We loved their jaggery milk cake , gulab jamun, rasmalai, chena toast, cheesecake and the list goes on and on.

Hilton truly provides you one of a kind hospitality and the staff here is super duper helpful and attentive. Captain Aakash and Manager Manish made sure we have the best experience and we did have. With the perfect balance of great f&b and amazing hospitality Hilton is truly a great place to be. We will be coming here again super soon to try their A la Carte menu.
