Atmosphere was right for a cold rainy night to catch up with my Bride. Tim was solid and attentive to our table. Justin added value to the conversation.

Came in on a first date and it was going ok. Tim came over and absolutely charged up the atmosphere. He was friendly cordial and Knowledgeable. The date turned from ok to phenomenal. I think Tim and I are best friends now. He doesn’t know that yet but it’s happening. When u come in, and you will, ask for Tim. He’ll most definitely make the experience well worth your while. I’m not gay but damn I love that man

Tim at The Brass Tap was seriously awesome. From the second we walked in, he made us feel welcome and taken care of. He knew the drink menu inside and out and gave great recommendations based on what we liked. Super friendly, attentive without hovering, and just an all-around cool vibe. You can tell he actually enjoys what he does, and it makes the whole experience better. Definitely coming back — and hoping Tim’s working!

Hubby and I have been back a few times since they re-opened, and we can honestly say things have improved a lot! We wanted to visit a couple times before writing a review. The first month after reopening was a little shaky, which is understandable while they worked out the kinks.
Our second visit was during the freeze, and Justin, Mekiah, and Sydney were awesome — super positive and gave great service. Most recently we went this past weekend and Sydney was our server again. She was attentive, gave great recommendations, and made the whole experience really enjoyable.
The food has been just as good as ever, and it’s still a fun place to hang out. Justin, the manager, even stopped by our table to check in, which we appreciated. You can definitely tell the changes in management and staffing have made a big difference here.

Went on their website to see their menu , upon looking there is a deal (picture attached) that clearly states prosper $10 deal burger fries and a drink just mention the ad , expires in November so we decided to come here however our waitress just says “I’ve never heard of that , let me ask manager . Yeah we don’t know what that is . “ . I reiterated this is their location their deal , and that we only came here for this deal (or else we would not have came here as there are 100 better places for the same price in Frisco) . She just said “mm yeah sorry for that miscommunication so what can I get for ya” . Again, I was baffled that a company can bait and switch like it never happened or isn’t true , I insisted if we can get this but she just said “that deal will probably come soon and they just posted it early. You aren’t the only one today who mentioned this deal “. 100% should have honored their own current ad ! What a waste of our time money and sanity . The entire place smelled bad . My brothers plate had a thin small hair in it , yuck! And my overpriced sandwich BARELY had any meat in it , where’s the brisket , it’s just bread . Laughable place. Won’t be back.

We were there late afternoon. The service was as expected and the drinks were good. The bar reflected the sun and we couldn’t see anything. We ordered appetizers and they were less than desirable. Pictured here is the $8 garlic Parmesan fries.

Great brunch! Don’t sleep on this place for brunch. Great cocktails, mimosa flights and yummy brunch food! I got the swirl with bacon, biscuits and sausage gravy and hubs got the home style skillet and we loved it! Even can watch whatever sports you are into while dining! We have been here twice and first time we received top notch service from Aiden and the second time today with Sydney! Great place for brunch, just drinks, lunch or dinner!

Absolutely love this place! We have been coming here for about a year while we were looking for locations to relocate the business to Texas and settled in here as the business will be in Little Elm serving areas such as Prosper & Celina as we live in Celina and we look forward to many more years coming into this fine establishment!
Great happy hours ! (All day on Tuesday!) and the food is amazing! Chips and Queso! The wings! Burgers are bomb too! Can’t wait to come in more!

Tim was fantastic! He was super friendly and stayed on top of our drinks and food. I get the peach bourbon smash, soft pretzel, and brisket tacos. Good every time!

Highlights first: food was great! Every type of wings was . Smoked old fashioned was excellent! Loaded fries, great! Downside: per staff, staff isn’t allowed to eat or drink in their restaurants, so it is impossible for them to make strong recommendations. I get that you want to curb employee theft or employee abuse of discounts but it doesn’t make sense. Simple fix would be to have staff appreciation days or something, or have them sample the food items in order to know what the guests will experience. Almost a five star experience.
