Amazing selection of food and drink. Had the Trinity Cider Butter Bier, great fall cider! Food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. Attentive staff. Was busy for the football game but we found a table and our order was taken right away. Recommend!!!

They were slow but it was fairly busy and just one server working the bar and floor. She did a great job. I was disappointed that they ran out of items for the dish that I ordered. Beers were good, love the boom boom shrimp and the brisket grilled cheese.

Drinks were great, service was good too. Would go again for drinks, but the food was not that good. Tasted frozen and cheap given the prize, comparable to Applebees in my opinion.

The good: plenty of beer selections. And our waitress was good. I had the steak nachos, and the “steak” tasted like it had been dead for a very long time. They have burgers that I didn’t try. I think everything else on the menu was fried. The location I went to had that cookie-cutter-community lack of atmosphere that is common these days. The beer selection is good though, and sometimes that’s all you need.

Came in with a very large group on a Saturday evening. The food and drinks were great, as was the atmosphere. The real star of the show was our server, Shay. She ran her butt off making sure everyone had what they wanted and were taken care of. Because of Shay we will definitely be back.

Honestly the best brass tap location I’ve been to! I really enjoy Karaoke Thursdays! Shay and Tiffany are the best! Their service is great and quick! I’ve never had a bad experience! 10/10 Will be recommending to all my friends!

The service is terrible. We walked in and were immediately seated, however we waited 15 minutes before we walked right back out because no one came to our table after that. Two servers walked past us but didn’t check to see if we had been helped. We were never offered waters or anything. It wasn’t even busy. The family who walked in after us had a server at their table within seconds, taking their drink order.

We were charged about $30 OVER on our bill. The happy hour prices that are in the menu were not the same prices we were charged. For example, the HH pretzel stared $6….we were charged $10. Luckily, we asked for an itemized bill and compared what was stated versus what we were charged. We were told that there was no manager on duty for the night and “this was her day off” and that our best bet would be to “just come back another day day”. After pleading our case that this was not right, we asked the waitress to cancel the first ticket, ring up items again and “edit” it until the overall price was what we actually owed. I’m sure this doesn’t do well with checks and balances at the end of the night and I’m wondering how many other tickets were not right, but after drinking with friends and having a good time, would anyone really notice?? I also hope that my credit card was not charged twice….we will see.
