Came in on a weekend night and everything was absolutely on point! Started with the BBQ Pulled Pork Mac & Cheese Bites and… wow. Phenomenal is an understatement. Crispy on the outside, creamy mac on the inside, topped with tender pulled pork and a perfect drizzle of BBQ sauce. Easily some of the best bar bites I’ve ever had.
Followed it up with the Brass Tap Pizza and it did not disappoint—great crust, fresh toppings, cooked perfectly in that brick oven. Super flavorful and way better than your average bar pizza.
Our bartender was awesome too—super friendly, on top of everything, and even gave us a heads-up that the kitchen was closing soon so we wouldn’t miss last call for food. That kind of thoughtfulness goes a long way.

Our server was absolutely incredible! From the moment we sat down, they made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. They were attentive without hovering, friendly without being over-the-top, and genuinely made our entire dining experience feel special. Every recommendation was spot-on, drinks were always full, and they checked in at all the right moments. Service like this is rare — they truly went above and beyond. I visit the tap pretty often. Great selection of draught and bottled/canned beers with a good selection of liquor. The food is much better than you’d expect from a typical bar.

Had an amazing lunch today at The Brass Tap – North Dale Mabry with my beautiful daughter! We enjoyed the super delicious Hot Honey Cauliflower Pizza, which had the perfect balance of crispy crust, sweet heat, and cheesy goodness. Paired it with a Caesar Salad for a fresh, classic touch and a flight of ciders that made the meal even more enjoyable.
The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, the service was great, and that pizza? Absolutely worth coming back for! If you’re looking for a fantastic spot for craft drinks and unique bites, this is it. Can’t wait to go back!
