Food was phenomenal!!! Went to Brunch on a Saturday. The best chicken & waffles I’ve ever had. The hangover burger was messy & delicious. Pizza was excellent. Moonshine espresso martini was good. Kid friendly, they have card games and board games at ready. Nice vibe overall. Wish I lived closer.

The service was really bad. They were extremely shortstaffed with only one person working the entire restaurant. As a result, it took well over an hour to receive our food. We sat 15 minutes until we got our menus, 10 minutes later we received our waters but he didn’t take our order, so it took another 15 minutes for the waiter to come back and take our order, and another 20 minutes to receive half the food, and another 10 minutes to receive the rest of our food. Being shortstaffed is on management, it wasn’t that employee‘s fault. That being said, it would’ve made a tremendous difference if the employee had acknowledged that they are shortstaffed, and that he was doing his best to serve all customers. There was no acknowledgment about the delay, no apologies, no heads up when he dropped two lunch orders off that the other two would be coming (which took 10 minutes). We had four people in our party, only two people received their food. So by time the rest of the food showed up, the other food was cold.

This place has a lot of potential but it was entirely too much going on in the restaurant last night. The servers seemed a bit overwhelmed, but they were pleasant. They had kids running all over the restaurant which was a bit much in my opinion. Then, they had the game going on with karaoke happening at the same time. I understand the vision, but sometimes you have to decide what you are going to do based on your audience. I understand that this may be a family friendly environment but that should not take away from other people’s experience. The food was okay, but my friends did not really enjoy it. The wings were not flavorful and the burgers were dry. The drinks were decent. Unfortunately, this is definitely not one of the better Tap houses in town.

We were SO impressed with the food at Brass Tap! We got the hot honey pizza + Caesar salad, both of which were excellent. The crispy chicken and fries were delicious as well! They also have some of the best mocktails we’ve had. Super delicious and definitely underrated spot!

This is my second time visiting this location.
Best food and service. We went there last weekend for Brunch, it was delicious and lots of varieties in food. Compared to other places, the service was excellent and quick.
I tried the dinner menu in the same week, it was good. Ask for Karishma, she helped us.
Would comeback again. I highly recommend other people to try this place.

Mediocre food and horrible service at the bar. Whoever that bartender guy is needs to go, that guy is clearly on something cuz he kept forgetting my items I ordered.
Plus, the other little server chick they had at the bar was underage cuz she said she wasn’t allowed to serve alcohol yet, and I literally had to flag her down to get my food since the one bartender they had was too busy running his mouth with other customers for a good 10 mins.
The final straw for me was when I had to remind the bartender to grab my check to pay the bill, and he was like that’ll be $50. I was like say what?! Then he looked at the bill and realized he charged full price on one of my drinks during happy hour and tried to stiff me on the bill.

Great place. Very well put together. Nice staff and great customer service. Place was very nice. Music was ok but could have been better. The drinks tho lawd the drinks were on point. The bartender was doing her thing. The pizza was good as also. I would definitely come back here with no problem.

Really Nice spot! Tons of TVs for sports fans. Tons of beer on tap I had some cider was very good. Wife had the burger on lettuce wrap I had the white pizza and we had the Buffalo cauliflower as a app. All the food was great Brussels as a side instead of fries had roasted red peppers and were delicious. Plenty of patio space on both sides and server was great. I’ll be back!

Jessica was the best part of this experience. Attentive, mindful, and just the right amount of personable. The perfect waitress, everyone needs one of her. Never felt left out to dry. The food was good but if you get the chicken sandwich be sure to get it with one of the sauces, not a ton of seasoning.
