My daughter and I went here for a late lunch and loved it! The portions are generous and everything tasted great. Our server, Amber, was very helpful and attentive. We had never been here before but will definitely take the 45 minute drive to go back.

We are in the area several times a year for travel and this was the first time we tried dinner. It was absolutely delicious. Promptly seated, had a courteous waitress. My husband and I ordered food knowing we each would split them in half for each other. I ordered the chopped steak w/ baked potato and salad. He ordered the fish fry w/sweet potatoes. Warm bread was brought to the table to start. Both of our dishes were so good. We definitely decided to stop back the next time we travel through Mitchell Field.

Have lived a few blocks away for many years and I finally remembered to get them on the list for the monthly dinners with Mom. My turn to pick and pay, so off we went.

The atmosphere is cozy and lodge-like – withOUT the animals. Lots of wood, large bar area separate from the dining area, large screen TVs for watching whatever sporting even is on, but not so many that they distract from conversation or would put them in a sports bar category.

The service was mixed. On the one hand we were told they were short-staffed yet there were multiple servers with few customers at the time we were there. On the other, though our server was extremely friendly and accommodating, the times between seeing her were pretty long. Mostly positive though, and she brought us for whatever we asked.

The food was just delicious. We started with the Saddle Bags, Mom had the Philly Cheesesteak and I had the Lone Star – both of us had the Steak Fries. We agreed the Saddle bags were real good. She enjoyed her cheese steak, though she said it was not what she was used to as there were ingredients she doesn’t usually see on one. She did like it though. The Lone Star was awesome. The boneless. skinless chicken breast was ginormous. The BBQ sauce was good and bacon (though should have been crisp) balance out the overall flavor. Along with half my sandwich, fries, and splitting the remaining saddle bags, I also took a slice of turtle cheesecake home. It was disappointing. It did not look anything like the picture on their menu, and the cheesecake itself was mealy. Not at all the creamy texture you expect from a cheesecake.

We also each had a drink. Mom had a chocolate martini and I had the strawberry margarita. Mom said the martini was perfect. The margarita on the other hand had zero flavor. Just tasted like a red slushie with no sugar. No strawberry. No tequila. Very disappointing, especially for the price.

Overall a positive experience.

Our group ate here on 2 separate occasions. Both times, our food was delicious. The server on the first visit was attentive and very accommodating. The server, the 2nd time, wasn’t as pleasant, and her service was extremely slow. We would have understood slowness if the restaurant was busy, but there were only 2 other tables being used by patrons. She didn’t like that the checks were being separated. I would recommend trying this place out, as the food was fantastic as was the manager and bartender.

The bathrooms were amazing. Stall doors had very small gaps and full body mirror. Waitress was perfect and friendly. Most items are homemade in house. A staff member dropped a plate and handled it very professionally and quietly. Would definitely come again for the food and service!

Haven’t been here in a long time and decided to check it out. Our server was fantastic. The inside is large, and comfortable and we were seated right away on a Friday night.
I had the chicken enchilada soup and beef tacos. My friend had steak and garlic mashed potatoes. We also had the onion strings.
The soup was very good, so were the onion strings. The tacos, however…the menu said “seasoned beef” and the beef on my tacos was unseasoned and dry. My friend very much enjoyed her steak.
HOWEVER, I was already full with the strings, soup, and bread that I didn’t say anything. Maybe it was an off night. I will order something different next time. There will certainly be a next time.

Average steakhouse in a very competitive market of casual dining steakhouses. The ribeye had a bit more fat and gristle than expected and was a thinner cut than expected as well. It was okay. The salad was a standard dinner salad. The broccoli was a nice stalk, which beats a bunch of small florets. The chicken I added was the highlight. The chicken was tender and flavorful, although a bit more crisp to the skin would have been perfect. Overall. It is an okay place, but for a similar price point I prefer most of the casual dining steakhouse competitors.

Overall, I am satisfied. There is room for improvement! Example ,Bread and sauce need to be improved or replaced by a new company! Not sure if the steak is heavy enough but it looks too thin!

The food here is amazing, everything from the fresh salad all the way to the desserts. The jumbo fried shrimp were unbelievable and huge. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, and the loaded baked potatoes were perfect. Highly recommend. Only complaint was the light above our booth seat was almost too bright, but still a nice casual atmosphere. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly too. Will definitely be back!

Nachos were great.
For a place called branded steer, I expected the steak to atleast have good flavor & be well cooked. Outside was char, inside was pink. I asked for a medium steak. Outside was well inside of rare.
Ribs were very sub par aswell.

Wifes platter she said was ok. Wasn’t great but ok.

Price did not reflect the taste of the food.
