This place gave me the warmest loving hug a coffee place could ever give if that was even possible! I will absolutely make a stop at Decatur county just to grab a cup of Joe at this place!

Must visit and must try!

Service was outstanding at 7pm in the evening. Excellent cold brew. Very accommodating and friendly. Certainly worth the detour off the highway for excellent coffee and friendly smiles. Keep doing what you’re doing!

We were driving through and wanted to stop for a place with our kids (two families). Here was our experience:
• no toilet paper – I mentioned to the taller barista that there was no toilet paper. They didn’t bring any so I had to go into the men’s room and get it. Finally someone who seemed to be a patron brought some.
• we got our coffees and they were the temperature that you get when you make your coffee, wait for it to cool, but then forgot you were waiting for your coffee to cool so then you have to chug it.
• we accidentally spilled the coffee. We asked for napkins so WE could clean it up (we had no problem with it because we are the ones that spilled it and would’ve helped clean it up anyways) but the taller barista slammed the napkins down on the counter as if I had asked them something absurdly inappropriate. We ended up going into the bathroom for extra paper towels and I at one point just grabbed some from behind the counter because waiting was not worth it.
• after all of that 3 out of the 4 adults found the coffee to be meh.

This next part I completely understand is personal preference and is NOT a factor in my rating – I’m simply adding it so people can make an informed decision about if they want to stop there:

I did not notice when we were looking up places to stop that it was a heavily Christian place. Almost every single book, including the kids’ ones had to do with gospel or Bible verses. There was nothing that showed signs of inclusivity. Personally, had we known this, it would’ve been a factor in our decision to stop there.

I stopped by as I was traveling through town. I ordered a drink to go and, unfortunately, didn’t try it till I got to my car and realized instead of a skinny mocha, I had a skinny caramel latte. Cute place. Staff was friendly and responsive. I just wish they hadn’t gotten my order wrong.

Food and service were both wonderful! My mint tea and cinnamon roll were both perfect. Staff was friendly and efficient. Seating is varied and comfortable – perfect for doing work on my laptop.

The Branch is such a neat little coffee shop! The staff is very friendly and the building has a welcoming atmosphere. I ordered a hot mocha latte and a strawberry scone. The scone was not my favorite, due to the fake, candied strawberry pieces. I found myself wishing I’d ordered a muffin; they looked delicious. The mocha, however, was magnificent! It was delightful! I can count on one hand the coffee shops I’ve been to where the espresso has its own unique flavor…and this is one of them! That launches this coffee shop up to my favorites list! I will definitely be back.

Old downtown building nicely redone. Got the PSL which was good. Nice touch with putting the customers name on the sleeve and below it says “You are loved”. Easily a 9+ out of 10. Good hub of people coming and going, sitting and chatting, working, etc. Real nice feel.

Nice shop they have several tables and a couch and lounging area, wifi , sweets and pastries, tea , smoothies and of course coffee.
I’m not a big coffee drinker but wanted to try something sugar free and not a strong coffee taste. The staff recommended a vanilla latte and it was really good. Will go back to try more items the menu says it has a green tea freeze and and Italian soda that I would like to try. I would recommend this place nice place to gather or have a meeting.
