At first glance, I’ll admit I was skeptical. It’s literally a plain white food truck, no flashy wrap, no giant logo, just a menu below the order window, but now I’m convinced that’s part of the GENIUS. It’s so unassuming you almost miss it… and then you walk by, you read the menu, you hear the music, You Feel the Vibe, but once you taste the food, once you experience the food EVERYTHING clicks.
The food is UNREAL, fresh, bold and genuinely memorable in a way most places wish they were. The chef is both hilarious and insanely talented, which somehow makes the whole experience even better. Portions are generous, prices are perfect, and the flavor is like Nothing you Ever Had.
What looks simple from the outside is actually a MASTERCLASS in CREATIVITY and EXECUTION. This truck doesn’t need to advertise, He Let’s the FOOD do All the Talking.

Hands down one of the best food trucks around! The sandwiches are unreal, the tacos are packed with flavor, and the bread pudding is next-level amazing. But what truly sets this place apart is Pete, the owner—he’s hilarious, welcoming, and makes everyone feel like family the moment you walk up. amazing…. i am a very picky eater lol but everything he has is soooooo good. just enough of everything if not more on every sandwich. and the service? ya couldn’t ask for better. soooo very friendly and funny…. still professional but makes you feel like you go way back. i’m a huge fan of the chicken sandwich . so yummy each and every time .
