We love the bowl! The food is always incredible. Lena was our server recently and the service was outstanding. Before we even ordered, she had already brought us a small side bowl for our 3 year old, some scissors for cutting the food, and ice to cool down the broth. It’s like she had read our minds! They truly have some of the best pho broth I’ve had. Highly highly recommend, and a very accommodating place for kids too.

My husband and I love Vietnamese Food, so we were excited to try this place out. They have a great selection of food on their menu and lived that they have Oxtail Phoa!!!! We ordered the salt and pepper wings and although they had great flavor, I expected them to have more salt and pepper on them. Our dishes were absolutely delicious tho, so we will be coming back to try more menu items that looked delicious.

We stood in line for 15 minutes waiting to be seated while 6 tables were empty with nobody cleaning them. 4 young men were busy, looking busy. There was 1 table they all took turns fiddling with cleaning, but never did in the whole time we stood waiting. Put utensils in a glass then walked away. Add a bowl onto another bowl and walk away. Even, walk up to it and stare..then walk away. All the other dirty, empty tables remained untouched, and this one never made available for the only people waiting quietly. Otherwise they congregate by the kitchen talking. Can not rate the food since we were not acknowledged or welcomed.

Nice place. The food was delicious and the inside decor is cool. You can’t make reservations, but it did not take them long to seat us. Under 15 minutes. However, the check in process was somewhat unorganized as they called us to be seated, a group that had been there before us with the same size party spoke and made it know they were here before us, so either they failed to check in and put their name on the list or no one asked them had they been assisted. There was a disconnect somewhere. Nonetheless we were seated. From there we waited for 10/15 minutes before we were acknowledged, while the group that was seated next to us 10 minutes afterwards was promptly brought water and drinks. Overall we made it a great time and as said, everything we ordered was good. I look forward to returning and editing this to 5 stars as I know we all have off nights at times.

the service is bad or maybe i got spoiled at pho 60 cafe, but this place is convenient due to it being closer to me. i found a hair in my bowl. we got a large and small bowl of pho to see the difference. not much difference other than more broth. the fried rice was mid- very sweet? overall, i will be going to pho 60 cafe when im craving pho.

Great staff, very attentive. All four of us enjoyed dinner. Husband had #36, son had #33, other son had #16 small, and I had #19 small. So much food I can’t imagine the large. For apps I only got pic of the calamari it too was delicious. We had the rocket shrimp, pork banh mi and the fried shrimp bean curd wrap. This was our first visit but def going again. Just wish better parking situation at Westchester Commons

The staff was very nice. The place was clean. The food was fresh and had a great flavor even had fresh herbs. I was impressed, especially with the broth the best flavor ever it would be good for a date or family setting and they give you plenty to eat.
