Me and my son went to The Bowl on Pine Ridge last week on Saturday, we have been coming to this place for a while now, and we have never encountered issues until now. We have had great experiences with the bowls, they are very good but what I was not happy about though, was that the young man with the camouflage hat was cussing and saying bad words in front of my 7 year-old son; I can understand some people have bad days, but it was just so utterly rude for him to not be aware of his surroundings, I expect this to not happen again.

It’s a breakfast for or a light lunch. Totally refreshing. I have been to both locations several times. 99% consistent when the bowl “chefs” prepare your bowl.
You can also have smoothies and beverages if that’s your thing. Where in Naples are you going to get a fresh Thai Coconut?
Both locations are clean and convenient. The staff members are friendly.
The catch is the cost…. Pricey! Come treat yourself!

Love it! Service is really six stars at this spot. We get smoothies or bowls, and the bowls are great for lunch. My partner walks over from the construction site where he works so we can have lunch sometimes, so it’s a nice break from the heat and it’s so good to have a lunch that’s made of something healthy and tastes so good. Big fans of the piña colada smoothie and the Key West Bowl. The Cacao is great if you want something rich!

The bowls are always delicious. I love that they put a bit of honey on top for sweetness. The fruit is always fresh. The reason for the 4 stars is because the bathroom was disgusting. It smelled bad and the floor was covered with waste water. That bowl was not a good one.

The first time I got a bowl here I wasn’t too impressed with it but I just figured maybe I was being grumpy….I went back a second time because my preferred choice (Sweetberry in the Mercato) is still closed due to Covid-19. The second bowl was worse. The banana had brown spots which normally isn’t a big deal but it was paired with the fact that I was given about 3/4 of a strawberry and it was completely white. This is a mega disappointment when the advertisement pictures the bowls with a basically cascading arrangement of fresh ripe fruit. It’s just a huge bummer when you’re basically paying $9 for a smoothie bowl and it’s not good.

I had an amazing experience recently, all thanks to the outstanding service provided by Josh M and Max J. From the moment I walked in, both of them greeted me with a warm, genuine attitude that immediately made me feel welcome. It’s not every day you come across a team that clearly enjoys what they do and goes above and beyond to make sure every customer is happy.
Josh M prepared my açaí bowl and did an absolutely fantastic job. You could tell he put real care and attention into making it—it was perfectly layered, beautifully presented, and packed with fresh ingredients. Everything from the fruit to the granola was fresh and flavorful, and the consistency of the açaí itself was just right. He even double-checked with me to make sure everything was exactly how I wanted it. That level of customer care really stood out.
While Josh was putting together my order, Max J was holding down the front with great energy and professionalism. He was polite, helpful, and made sure things moved smoothly and efficiently. You could really see how well they work together as a team—everything felt organized, friendly, and upbeat. Max kept a great vibe going in the store, and it made the whole experience that much better.
Both Josh and Max went out of their way to create a positive atmosphere and deliver high-quality service. It’s rare to see that kind of dedication these days, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. I left with not just a delicious açaí bowl, but also a smile on my face.

I recently went to The Bowl and had an amazing experience. A tall, Hispanic man with waves helped me and had extraordinary customer service. The way he put the açaí in the bowl was so tuff. 10/10 experience. I will be coming back for more!
