We called and placed a to-go order of breakfast for dinner probably 30 minutes before the restaurant closed (sorry!), and i arrived to pick up my food about 5 minutes after they had closed (I’m so sorry!), but my untimliness made no difference to the quality of food or service received. The lady behind the counter (I think she was the owner) was still incredibly welcoming and friendly, and the food was delicious. If we inconvenienced her at all, it definitely did not show. We were treated just as well as any on-time guest would have been.

Friendly greeting right when we walked in the door. We had breakfast next to the fire place with a cup of delicious coffee. We ordered cinnamon swirl French toast which was made with a beautiful housemade cinnamon bread. The biscuits and gravy were good but the biscuits were not warm. I wanted to come back for a cream puff but saw that they were pre-filled and didn’t want to take a chance of getting a soggy cream puff. There were plenty more great looking treats to come back and try. Would definitely come back next time.
