Went here for lunch on a Saturday. There was no wait, a few tables were full when we went around 1pm. We ordered the pho with tendon/ beef, vegan pho, shrimp pork spring rolls, and pork vermicelli bowls. The portion sizes were decent, vegetables were fresh. They were accommodating when we asked for the mung beans to be blanched. Only thing was some of the beef slices had a bit of over-frozen taste. Otherwise the service was good and was a good place to bring the family.

Food was amazing. My partner got pho (P1) and I got a rice plate (R1). We also got the thai iced tea and honeydew boba. They were both amazing. Pricing wasn’t too bad, we spent $45 in total. and got a good amount of food.
Service was 4/5 stars just because it took a little long to get to us despite there being 3 other tables. They had a fabulous playlist the whole entire time but there weren’t any 2 person tables when we were there, only 4-tops.
Highly recommend, definitely an underrated spot.

Stopped by for dinner and had a good experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. I ordered the spring rolls and the lemongrass dish, both were pretty good. I’ve had better but overall it’s solid and worth a try. The restaurant also had a nice, welcoming atmosphere. I enjoyed my visit and would definitely recommend it!

The Boiling Bowl is a great spot for comfort food and friendly service. I ordered the beef stew and it was exactly what I was hoping for on a cold night — the beef was very tender, with generous chunks of potatoes and carrots, and it was served with warm bread on the side. Cozy, hearty, and well worth a visit.

I won’t claim to be an expert on Vietnamese food but I do love it and I’ve eaten a lot of it and in my humble opinion this is my favorite place ever for Phó, I always order the tendon and it’s delectable. I always leave plenty full and it’s quite affordable especially for how good it is. The staff is nice, it has the feeling of a family run business which I love. The atmosphere is always chill and quiet but not stale, you can still have a conversation with somone while your eating but it feels restful being in there which goes great with a nice piping hot Phó.

I am the biggest bun bo hue fan. We are in town for a few days. Decided to Google “best bun bo hue in town” this place came up. We took our chance and walked 20 minutes to get here. Wowwwwowowow! The bun bo hue is bomb! Hands down the best bun bo hue you can get at any restaurant! Must try! The pho is delicious, too! The vibe is fantastic

Great service, amazing food, and great atmosphere. Their mushroom fries were phenomenal, the beef pho was also top notch, and the vibe inside is really relaxing. Played some great tunes. A fully stocked bar with seating, great drink options (the Japanese Slipper was delicious!), and gener neutral bathrooms that are well stocked and clean. Compliments to the chefs, our server was so polite and attentive too, definitely coming again when we’re in town!
