The food wasn’t all that bad but I wasn’t served what I thought I would be served. I received some Ramen noodles, which was not what was on the photo. It was $22. It’s a rip off to me. The first picture is what I thought I was getting the second picture is what I received. there were no eggs so I was substituted another piece of corn. I didn’t initially want the sausage, but I got it due to me receiving some Ramen noodles. I went to the food truck not the restaurant.

went to the food truck in NLR. food took around 45 minutes after we were told a 10-15 min wait. the food had a great flavor but it was cold. the crab legs or sausage weren’t warm at all. my friends added extras to their plate and they didn’t get it. i went to the boil when they had a sit down restaurant a couple of years ago and was blown away with how good it was. after today i’m not so sure i’ll come back to this truck.

Saw it as I was driving by. Nice portion size and location. A lot of menu options. The flavor was ok. I ordered a lemon pepper mild shrimp boil. Maybe I got the wrong order because it was covered in Alfredo sauce. Similar pricing to other seafood boil restaurants. A bag vs a Togo foam plate would be better for transporting it in a car. I will come back and try other options!

I just stopped in after work today to get a couple of boils for my mom and me and tacos for my grandson. I discovered I didn’t have change for the parking meter so I ran in to get change so I wouldn’t get a ticket while waiting for my food. I told the young lady at the counter this yet she made little eye contact with me and said we don’t have change. I paused, ask again because she was walking towards the kitchen when she said this and I wanted to make sure I heard her correctly. She repeated herself in a non charismatic way, I said okay and left. I’ve been following and a customer of the boil since the small little house like truck in NLR, but today put some serious pause in my patroniz. Though the food amazing and the owners appear caring, after driving through crazy traffic, circling the place twice, then lucking up to get a parking space in the front to get this cold treatment, no thanks! We really wanted those boils but I saved myself $109.16 today. That was too much! This is not about the food, it’s the customer service for me.

I ordered the crab boil and the shrimp boil, to take home. Absolutely delicious! It was prepared quickly and tied so as not to spill in my car. Definitely somewhere to order from again! The 2 dishes gave me 4 servings.
