Had a really nice experience at The BLVD! There was a small mixup with the brunch times (we thought brunch ended at 3 but it was actually 2), but our server was very kind and patient with us. Overall, the food was very good (I had the Bacon Foster waffle). I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food, and all of our portion sizes were more than enough…plenty of to-go plates were needed. If there was one thing to improve, it would be the charcuterie board. It gave me more H-E-B charcuterie board vibes than artisan. I will keep this place on my list to dine when I am in Waco again. It’s off the main and the menu is both unique and flavorful.

This isn’t the place for a quick bite—but if you’re looking to unwind, linger, and enjoy great company, BLVD fits the bill beautifully.
Would definitely recommend for date nights, celebrations, or when you just want to treat yourself to great food and good vibes—with no rush.

Everything that was expected was delivered. From the time we walked in the door everything was top notch. Great addition to the Waco dining scene. We visited on a Saturday night and were greeted by the friendly hostess who sat us promptly while live piano played in the back ground. We were quickly attended to by our server with waters before getting our drink order. We ordered the whiskey sour and bluebonnet old fashioned which were both delicious. We decided to get a couple of appetizers, the pork belly and Brie toast, which both were very nice portions and great flavor. We then split a house salad and the scallops with a pesto risotto which went great together. The service was some of the best I have had in Waco and we both felt like the entire experience was a great value.

Two couples shared a birthday celebration. Dinner and drinks were top quality all around. Our server (Felecia) was excellent in pacing delivery to allow ample time to enjoy our evening. Live music was a plus (though maybe a little loud on a slow night). We will definitely return and recommend!

We had an early Valentine’s Dinner, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is actually located in the Cambria Hotel. The food was beyond excellent! Our server, Philicia was superb. She was very knowledgeable about the food and wine, and helped us make the best choices. We had the Chateaubriand which was cooked to absolute perfection. A bottle of 1928 paired well. You must have the bread pudding for dessert. It is the BEST! We look forward to another visit soon.

The atmosphere showed potential for a great Valentine’s Day brunch. But ended there. The charcuterie board looked like and tasted like cheese cubes from HEB, the breads and butters were good, nothing special. Service was very slow, waitress actually forgot our mimosas, had to ask for water refills continuously, they didn’t have ice tea made. By the time we got to the Texas omelet and potatoes, which were dried out and salad which was minimal we didn’t even want to ask for the mimosas, we were done. I normally understand poor service when it’s because a business is busy, but there were only 3 other tables.

This restaurant had a very nice atmosphere and good, fast service. However, I was not blown away by the quality of the food the way I would expect to be at the price point. The steak was maybe a notch above Texas Roadhouse and the sweet potato on the side was pretty meh, their cocktails were probably the most impressive thing they had. I doubt they have the advertised top-notch type of meat they claim. To top it off, their actual menu prices were about 10% more expensive (give or take) than the prices advertised on the menu on their website. I didn’t feel like saying anything and making the situation awkward, but just something to be aware of.
In summary, if you are just looking for a romantic date atmosphere, this place is fine, but if you want to be wowed by the food, look elsewhere.

Came in on a Sunday evening, slow clientele so we had the place almost to ourselves. We were given a lot of personal service which is always a great experience especially as first time visitors. Beautiful experience the decorations, tables, layout was done really well. We both had the four course special which included sirloin steak which was excellent The chef did a really fine job. Highly recommend visiting.

We stopped in late after my son’s Fall Concert and were thrilled to find BLVD still open until 11pm — I’m guessing because it’s attached to the hotel. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was just perfect.
Our server, Cody, was a 17-year veteran mixologist who made me the most incredible Blueberry Old Fashioned with hand-muddled blueberries. Every dish we ordered was a total hit — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented.
Everything smelled so good we forgot to take pictures! Highly recommend BLVD to anyone visiting Waco — we’ll definitely be back!
