I had an excellent experience at Bluebird Bistro. There are a variety of sandwich and salad choices, something for everyone.
The restaurant is divided into two eating areas. In the main are several tables for small parties up to 4 people. In an adjoining are additional tables sixth seating of up to 8.
Customers put in their orders and pay near the entrance then seat themselves. Orders are brought to your table.
I was with four other guests and our orders came very quickly. We enjoyed self-serve drinks (soda fountain, tea, and some others).
The decor is simple, clean and enjoyable. Tables are arranged in open areas (no booths or dividers between tables). Even so, we were able to enjoy conversation easily.
And the food…Excellent!!!
I enjoyed a simple club sandwich. I say simple because it was not overdone with excessive meats and condiments. It was served on toasted bread with just the right amount of meat and delightfully selected condiments.
I can’t wait to go back and try some other sandwich selections.

I love coming here with my friend and ordering their lunch! The grilled cheese is so cheesy and their soups are yummy. i’ve had their baked potato salad as well and it’s my fav. They have desserts available and they’re always different. Good place to eat and chill

Excellent little gem for our community! My daughter and I go out of our way to visit, and when I drive up to see my mother, I stop in a for a Southwest Salad to take along as a treat for her. Thanks for the great customer service, and happy smile. It’s clear the owner loves what he does. Excellent food, and sweet atmosphere.

Food is great the chicken bacon ranch sandwich is my favorite. I do not like traditional potato salad that has a twang to it but there loaded potato salad is one of the only ones I will eat.
I know it’s not their type of restaurant that refills drinks for you but that is the only reason I subtracted a star in service.
The only reason I subtracted a star in atmosphere is because there was nothing going on. It’s nice and quiet but a little too quiet.

First time visit. It’s about time Centralia gets a bistro! Ordered the turkey and pesto. The ambiance is cozy and feels like other bistros and cafés I’ve visited. I will definitely be a return customer and so should you!

Packed with a smile my seasonal salad was so delicious. I added grilled chicken for some extra protein. The greens, blueberries, pecans, blue cheese & poppyseed dressing compliment each other. Tanner & Camryn were so friendly. I love having a healthy choice. We also got 2 sandwiches & they were just as good.

Haven’t tried any of the other food up here but someone had me taste the Blackberry Cobbler and it was fantastic!!
It’s homemade and super tasty. Probably one of the best Cobblers I’ve ever eaten.

This was my first time trying bluebird and without a doubt, the best sandwich I have ever had! I tried the chipotle Chicken Sandwich and it was bursting with so much flavor. The chicken was cooked perfectly and it didn’t have too much sauce on it. My wife had the chicken cordon bleu sandwich, again, the flavor was on point. We also got the chef salad, it was so filling. The wife and I were so happy to see a great size portion of salad for the price. When the wife asked me if I like it, I told her subway is dead to me, LOL . Truly this place is a great piece of Centralia and I, for one, will be coming back often. 10 out of 10 will recommend!
