This was my first time visiting the Blue Porch and it was fantastic! From the service, the food, to the atmosphere, I definitely recommend going there. My server was Jake S. He was very informative and helpful on deciding what to get. He went over the most popular dishes and what his personal favorites were which gave me insight on what to try. I got the pretzel bites for my appetizer and the Alabama chicken sandwich with roasted sweet potatoes. Both came out in a timely manner, no long wait or coming out at the same time. The food was hot and flavorful and plated beautifully. The restaurant itself was very clean and well kept, it’s like a sports bar kind of vibe and they have plenty of good beverages to choose from. If you’re ever in the Grand Haven area give it a go! You won’t be disappointed.

Fantastic new addition to Grand Haven. Super friendly and attentive staff. Cool atmosphere. Awesome place to watch games. We loved the classic burger, smoked wings and they have an excellent quesadilla. Very reasonable prices too. Great job, Blue Porch!

Cute spot located on US 31 in Grand Haven. Delicious burgers. Great chips. The fries could be better. Comfortable atmosphere for dining and a nice bar area. Lots of big TVs to watch games. Friendly staff. I’ll go back!

Had a wonderful lunch here, my first visit and will definitely be returning. The Fall Harvest Salad was delicious, esp the roasted sweet potatoes mixed with dried cherries, pecans & quinoa. My friend had the Michigan Apple Salad and she was equally impressed. Special shout-out to our server Josh P. as he was very attentive and accommodating. The overall “vibe” is comfortable and inviting. The menu has a nice, balanced & streamlined variety of food/drink options so it isn’t overwhelming, which I really appreciated.

First come first serve seating, and the wait staff are on it! So quick to clear the table for you, bring you menus and serve you. The atmosphere is great, along with the food and drinks!! Definitely recommend the sticky ribs entree with the onion rings and asparagus. I also recommend the braised beef entree!! I haven’t had a dish I didn’t like. I’ve been there twice in 1 week and definitely plan to go back soon.

For a bar the atomosphere is what’s expected lots of sports/ beer posters. The food was absolutely fantastic, I myself got the classic smashburger whilst my family got the grilled chicken sandwich & the braised beef sandwich. Alongside for apps we got pretzel bites, the sticky Brussel sprouts and the sticky ribs! Our Waiter was fabulous made sure our needs were met. My family and I came in on a Saturday night busiest time and the food still came out quick!

Had to seat ourselves. Most of the empty tables were dirty. Took a while for a server. He was very uninterested in helping us. The fried pickles were decent. Our main course was too salty and dry. Overall very disappointed.

We started with an appetizer of the Brussels sprouts, loved them! I got the olive burger, it was amazing. Followed up with desert, a chocolate torte…was delicious and the presentation was top shelf. I attached a photo of the dessert, get it, you’ll thank yourself 🙂 Oh, and service was excellent, great connection and recommendations, fast and professional. We will be returning soon, and enjoying the lower attendance that Winter in Grand Haven offers…I’m thinking if we are able to go in the summer, it’ll be right at 11 am on Sunday, because with the quality of food and service here, it’s going to be crowded, bank on it.
