We believe that incredible food brings people together. Our bagels are made entirely on-site, every day. We start with the highest quality Vermont-milled flour and fresh yeast. We then add water to the mix. After the dough is made in the wee hours of the morning by our committed bakers, it is then formed by our state-of-the-art machinery. This ensures that each bagel is approximately 4 oz in weight. Finally, a layer of liquid malt is applied to the bagels. This is what gives your bagel its golden, chewy skin. The bagels are then cooked in small batches using a proprietary process to ensure that the inside remains airy and fluffy.

Words cannot describe the perfection put into this historically refurbished and documented building. Family run bagel shop that should not be compared to New York bagels but as a wholesome, carefully created bagels- for a unique taste and satisfaction. I had the poppy seed bagel- flour milled in Vermont – and a million poppy seeds covering this bagel with whipped cream cheese for perfection.

What a delightful experience from the helpful staff to the notice that everything is made as it should be, from scratch with love. In an era of mass produced foods that seem so impersonal this experience was quite opposite. I waited patiently for what was a fantastic bagel – perfectly chewy yet tender texture, with a crisp, shiny crust that provides a satisfying bite. The flavor “Hawaiian Sea Salt” had a mild sweetness and a subtle hint of yeastiness, complemented by a delicate balance of salt and earthy / smoky flavor. This bagel left a lasting impression of quality, craftsmanship, and authenticity. No doubt, the wait, the line – its all worth it. Slow down and savor what they have to offer.

What great, fresh bagels from a lovely family bakery. We attended the grand opening, wow! The excitement of the customers to have this adorable, family owned bagel cafe was palpable. Who would have expected lines to start forming hours before the opening time? The bagels and baked goods were worth waiting for, and the owners and staff worked very hard and greeted everyone warmly and professionally, despite the challenge of serving such a big crowd. Wishing you much success. I’ll be back!

These bagels are really good. Very flavorful and fresh. My favorite bagels in the area. Breakfast sandwich is solid, ingredients are fresh, egg was a little overdone. Coffee is also pretty good too. Great spot to stop for breakfast or grab some bagels.

Would have given 5 stars if the service was better. This is a VERY busy location and the parking lot is always full. The venue has beautiful custom tile floors and 2 large sitting rooms with tables and chairs. The smaller room has a fireplace and arm chairs. Beautifully decorated. However, I was upset when a couple of customers including myself were trying to ask a staff member some questions and she was just staring off into space. The woman at the register was very friendly. I ordered 6 bagels, and when I asked if they could slice my bagels (she asked) and I saw several bagel slicers not being used in the kitchen area, she was told “No”. But she suggested that I use the plastic knives available in the cafe area. I said that it’s my 1st time here and I’m getting bagels for my coworkers and she just repeated the same suggestion. I was in uniform, and didn’t want to be handling food. ‍♀️

Most delicious and chewy sourdough bagels. Highly recommend getting a yummy bagel sandwich and grabbing some extra bagels to go when you are there. Staff is friendly and fast and atmosphere is great!

I don’t usually leave reviews too often but in this case I must. I have to say that this entire experience was phenomenal! The decor and atmosphere is very cool and very well done. Very chill and there is a lot to keep looking around at. Now for the food, the bagels were fantastic! We could not decide so we got many and shared them all. The bacon egg and cheese bagel was very good, tasted exactly like a regular sandwich on a hard roll. The black and white sesame and especially the Rosemarry olive oil were my favorite. The regular cream cheese was perfect, my wife had the jalapeno cream cheese and loved it, I’m not that brave. We have a new got to bagel place. And we met the owner Lia, she is a sweetheart and could not do enough for us. And the rest of the staff was very welcoming and attentive.
