I had a very excellent southern burger with pimento cheese, fried green tomato and a homemade bun. The Cesar salad I had to start was very fresh. Even the fries were really crisp. I wish I had room to try some of the desserts.

We went for a special occasion dinner and spent almost $400 for dinner and dessert. The restaurant closes at 10 pm and we arrived at 9 pm (after calling in advance) and paid our check at 10:30. We were then rudely asked to leave at 10:32. We were just getting ready to leave when a person came out of the back to tell us to leave. We told the rude person in the dirty shirt that we wished they didn’t act that way toward us when another kitchen worker came out and accused us of drinking. (One glass of wine). That was uncalled for. I can honestly say we have never been treated that rudely ever. Despite patronizing the restaurant for 3 years and recommending to friends and neighbors, we will never be back.

I had a delightful experience at Blue Bicycle in Dawsonville, GA! This cozy café exudes a welcoming vibe, and the coffee is simply top-notch. The staff is incredibly friendly, making you feel right at home. The menu offers a great variety, and the food I had was both delicious and beautifully presented. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, whether you’re catching up on work or enjoying a leisurely afternoon. I’ll definitely be coming back for more of their wonderful coffee and charming atmosphere!

The absolute best restaurant in Dawsonville. The food and service is always outstanding. The chef adjusts the menu, so there are new things to try, along with favorites. If you love French cuisine, you have to eat at the Blue Bicycle. I have yet to have anything on the menu, that I did not love.

Best kept secret!!! Great staff, ambiance and amazing cuisine. We started with blue cheese chips, fried goat cheese mixed greens salad, chicken dish, quiche and finished with blueberry tart!!!

The portions are razonable but if you are hungry, you must to eat appetizers before that main plate and don’t forget the desserts and the hibiscus martini

We thoroughly enjoyed our late lunch/early dinner. Had the crab cakes appetizer as several reviews suggested. It is just one cake, but was very well seasoned, cooked, and sauces were yummy.

My mother and I just ate at this 5 star restaurant yesterday. The service was fantastic, the atmosphere was relaxing with good mood music in the background and most importantly the food was displayed with the most artistic touch!!! We loved everything! Exquisite dishes that taste amazing!

Service was decent during the meal but the moment closing time came around all hell broke lose and apparently we should have known it was time to leave. 30 minutes after closing as we’re signing the bill and getting up to leave someone comes and tells us they’re closed and we need to leave. The rest of the staff backs them up and says we’ve been drinking, Julie (our server) tells us she has kids and a home to get back to after a very pleasant dinner. Strange turn of events. If you own a restaurant, you should teach your staff to respect paying customers who are there just 30 minutes past closing. Inform us of the kitchen closing and ask if we need anything else, don’t gang up on us and ask us to leave 5 minutes after you print the ticket. Very strange. Maybe change your hours, especially on a Friday night, not surprised by how empty the place was.

This is our favorite restaurant in Dawsonville! We came in for the Cuban sandwich, but they don’t serve it on Friday or Saturday. However, to my amazement (spending most of my adult life in Seattle) they had Copper River Salmon on the menu! As luck would have it, they were out. This is a risk when visiting a popular restaurant. I went with the roasted pork and it was “melt in your mouth good!” I highly recommend this place for an amazing meal and great service. Ask for Julia, she did a great job!
