This has been a game changer for us! The meals are delicious, the meat quality is excellent, the price is affordable, the meals are healthy and well-balanced, and the delivery is seamless. Love This Service!!! Discovering this company has been the best thing ever! I take a lot of effort to buy local, organic food and meal prep every week which would consume a lot of time between cooking, cleaning and planning the menu. I love that they use local and organic ingredients as well as gluten free, sugar free and dairy optional. It sounds like one of those companies where the food is too healthy to be tasty but it’s actually the opposite. This food is really good and it comes fresh, not frozen. I also love that I don’t have to skip weeks that I don’t meals or I’ll get charged anyway. I can also choose as many or as few meals as I want but if you go below a certain amount, they will charge a $5 delivery fee which I think is totally reasonable.
I could write great things about this company all day; I just love the service so much. Their desserts are also some of my favorites, not just of a meal delivery company, but my favorites period! The brownies are off the chain! I highly recommend them for anyone that wants to save time from meal prepping without sacrificing their health. Totally worth every penny.

I’ve tried several of the top meal delivery services in Charlotte and I’m impressed with Blossoming Kitchen the most because it’s the closest thing to having a home cooked meal. I love that the ingredients are listed and chef makes everything from scratch—even mayo. My health is super important to me and I appreciate that they focus on quality of ingredients and macros. The protein content is always up there. The desserts are to die for. Everything is gluten free. My favorites so far have been the bbq meatloaf, the meatball pot roast, and the Samoa brownie (omg). I look forward to seeing the new options each week! Thanks, ladies!

I’m honestly a little stunned at how good this food is. I tried it for the first time this week on a recommendation and have been just amazed so far. My meals were delivered to my house for free and every one I’ve had so far has been just so good. I’ve tried many meal prep places around town and rotate them as I need a change but this one, wow, this one wins hands down. Fresh, good portions, tastes great, nothing frozen or preserved, and a very nice variety on the menu.

the BEST meal prep service Charlotte has to offer. As a competitive athlete, it’s difficult to find meal prep services that are local, can meet my dietary restrictions, and still taste amazingly good. This place does all three and I’m so thankful. There’s not a single meal I’ve tried that wasn’t 10 out of 10, mouth-watering good. And I love that each meal has the macros written on it so it’s easy to track my intake. You can also add extra protein on meals, which I LOVE – even without adding extra protein, you still get 40-50g a meal which is awesome. You can also tell the dietitians / nutritionists on staff help with the macro balance – the ratio of protein, carbs and fat are always on point. I will never order from anyone else. For all my meatheads out there that are tired of the grilled chicken, broccoli and rice game – Give them a try!

Delicious and life-changing. These incredible women put so much care and effort into crafting fantastic menus each week. The cost is reasonable, and the ingredients are as real as they come. It has completely transformed my once frazzled post-work meal prep time to a quick heat up in the microwave and actual facetime with my kiddos. I would recommend this to ANYONE. Hands down the best meal prep I’ve found (and I’ve tried dozens). The ingredients are super clean, and the sodium is always low (which is hard to find!) Their customer service is just as top notch as their food too. I cannot recommend them enough
