Our server Tabitha was excellent – attentive, engaging, knowledgeable, made great recommendations and had personality plus! We can’t wait to visit again! ❤️
Side note – ONE Long island is all you’ll need, it packed a big punch!
Second time here. No substitutions for fries unless you pay extra, eventhough, they cost the same. I will say that the smashburger was good, but I am not sure that the talent of being able to get the edges of the flatbed to nearly burnt while leaving the center ice cold is a good thing.
First time here. We have been to many restaurants in the area in the last three weeks. It was a wonderful setting as we sat outside. It was not very busy. The waitress was nice but it took her a while to bring us drinks. There were five of us. The bacon wrapped jalapeños were not very good. They were stuffed with some sausage concoction that tasted very cheap. The burgers were tasty. Unfortunately, at $16, they were the most expensive burger I have ever seen (and the smallest). So, in the end, even though some of the food was very good (and others not), I will not return due to this place being overpriced.
-NOLA BBQ Shrimp was burnt!
-I ordered a wood fired Flat Bread Pizza. First bite was cold and thought I’d give it one more bite, only to discover a piece of meat that was still partially frozen. Decided to take it home and heat it myself.
-Wife ordered Mahi Tacos and said it was not worth a second bite.
As you can see from the photos, we ended up getting our main dishes to go, to heat and fix up at home. Our bartender kindly asked if she could do anything, but we politely declined without making a big deal out of it. Kudos to her. Also, she’s the only reason I’m not giving a one star review.
Overall, the restaurant seemed very appealing, which is mostly why we wanted to stop. However, because of our experience we’ll not return. Hope everyone else has a better experience.
As an appetizer we ordered the tuna dip. It came with crackers and was really good. Our meal came before we could finish it, but make no mistake about it, we did!
We ordered the salmon and I was shocked at how good it was. The best salmon I’ve ever had.
The one downside to this place is the prices. They have some reasonable options but this place is expensive but with one of the wider seafood menus around.
As soon as we walked through the door, we were greeted with kindness that made us feel so welcome. Our server, Jojo, was incredibly attentive and kind. She checked on us often and made sure we were comfortable. When my husband placed his order first, I mentioned out loud that it was his birthday. Jojo immediately wished him a happy birthday and made him feel so special. She even surprised him with a piece of cake, which was such a sweet gesture. The smile on his face was priceless.
The food was awesome—hot, fresh, and clearly not pre‑breaded. That was the icing on the cake for us! My husband said this was a great choice, and I couldn’t agree more.
Thank you to the staff for your kindness and for making my husband feel so special on his birthday. We will definitely be back to eat here again.
