We went for the fish and chips only to be told they ran out. It was only 5:30! I ordered the shrimp tacos instead and my husband got a burger. The couple with us got a burger and the Pasta with spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes. That pasta dish was the highlight of the table. My shrimp tacos were absolutely delicious with just a slight kick to them. The home made chips were also fantastic. The guys enjoyed their burgers. The appetizer we got “mozzarella balls” were tasty but were slightly under cooked. Our server was great. I was a little concerned about her belly button showing with her cropped shirt but I blew it off. We had a great time BUT we were surprised that the “Blind Pig” theme was lost in the large open room. The menu had cute names for some of the dishes and a couple of posters on the wall of Dillinger and Lindbergh. That was basically it. We expected the theme to be really emphasized. We had a wonderful time either way and look forward to returning again and again to try the so many mouth watering dinners they offer. We are definitely fans of The Blind Pig Pub.

The atmosphere is perfect, and our bartender, Kayla, was the best! The owner is a great guy who shares his story and makes you feel really welcome. We moved my son into Governor’s School and tried this place for lunch. I was pleasantly surprised. My turkey wrap was full and flavorful, and the homemade chips were crispy and delicious. Service was good, not stellar. Atmosphere was okay… the building has an “old building smell” when you first walk in, but not off-putting. We like the food so we will be back.

What an amazing place. Your place was recommended by Chris from H Cooper. As our group was from Wisconsin and Minnesota. Our servers name was Andy and we had another server but I can’t remember her name. They both were awesome. The food was phenomenal. Atmosphere was great. We were very happy to be placed in the party room so we could talk about the day of training dogs and adding stories. Thank you guys so much.

GREAT LOCATION, AWESOME STAFF! FOOD WAS COOKED TO ORDER AND CAME OUT HOT AND SMELLING GOOD! I RECOMMMEND THE BRISKET SANDWICH WITH FRIES, EASY GOING NOTHING TOO FANCY HERE. PLACE HAD A GREAT NOSTALGIC FEEL TO IT. OLDER BUILDING STRUCTURE ADDING TO THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE AND DECOR.

The fried deviled eggs tasted like the oil they were cooked in, the fries were cold when they came and tasted like they’ve been sitting in a heat basket all night, and the burger fine. But the bartender was super polite and the beer was cold. I would have been better off just enjoying the cold beer there.

My Wife and I had Lunch at The Blind Pig this past Tuesday and We were greatly Satisfied ! We both had the Teriyaki Chicken Sandwich with Fries and it was Excellent ! Anna was our Server and was very attentive and we appreciated her service .

I recently visited this resturant for my first time for a company christmas party/dinner that had been planned a couple months in advance.
First Off, While Being Seated we noticed that several of the chairs given to us were broken and very unstable.Then…..
We arrived to eat at 6:00 PM on Saturday evening and as we began to order dinner we were told they only had one steak available for the entire resturant for that evening. As the waitress could see from our suprised facial expressions, she took this oppurtunity to go ahead and inform us that they were also currently out of brisket, cheese sticks, and a few other side items as to tell us do not try to order these items either.
During our visit, We were told they did not have any more clean wine glasses, we had to wait for tea to be made because you guessed it; they ran out. When the tea was done it was served hot, without any ice.
I have heard good things about this resturant from others; those people must have had a completely differernt experience than mine. I would never plan to have another dinner here.

Overall this is a great stop for lunch in downtown. Food was great, service was good.
