We were in town and just needed a snack, so we popped in. The Princeton smoothie hit the spot and we also shared the Quesadilla. If you try to compare this to some over priced city coffee shop, competing with biz on every corner, you might be underwhelmed. We however were just enjoying the weekend in the mountains and found The Blend to perfect. I don’t expect excellence and cheap prices, I just expect nice and affordable. This place, while it is a little on the smaller size inside, is a great compliment to the area and BV’s little downtown. We’ll stop back in next time we’re up!

The Blend is a cute breakfast or lunch spot. The service was quick even though there was a constant line. The Princeton smoothie was perfect on a hot day. The turkey bacon avocado wrap and the classic sandwich were great to refuel after a short hike.

The staff here was awesome! The lady at the counter this morning was willing to help make my latte just the way I liked it. The breakfast sandwiches were out quick and tasted amazing. Can recommend the classic on an herb and cheese bagel for sure!

This place is amazing. Acai bowls, bagel sandwiches, wraps, smoothies. We lucked out on our travels finding it as we needed WiFi for an emergency meeting. Also GF/DF options which our GF selves appreciated.

The Blend is the only place in town to get a bagel. I usually order the Spicy Pig. Although the bagels are not homemade the quality is consistent and satisfy your bagel cravings.
You walk right up to the counter to order, then grab your food when it is ready. I often take it to go and walk around outside, but they also have both indoor seating and a nice outdoor patio. It does get very busy on the weekends, so be prepared for that.

I went to this coffee shop in Buena Vista for the first time today and had a very pleasant experience. The shop is very conveniently located right on Main Street about a block from Highway 24, has plenty of free parking nearby, is nicely decorated on the outside and inside, I was greeted upon entering the cafe, they have a nicely done electronic menu (about 4′ x 4′) right above the counter with simple, organized sections of the food & beverage items they sell, lots of delicious looking danishes, muffins, cookies, etc., enclosed behind a glass counter, the employee taking my order was pleasant, friendly and efficient, my medium roast coffee with caramel syrup was excellent (they had stevia), as was my blueberry muffin, and chicken salad wrap that I got for lunch at lunchtime, the dining room had adequate seating, some with padded seating and was clean, my order were served promptly, they had free WiFi that worked great, and the restroom (one) was clean and did not smell.

Vacationed in Buena Vista for four days. On the first morning we stumbled on the Blend, and after eating there, we ate there for breakfast the remainder of our stay! So delicious! I recomend “the Rafter w/ a fried egg” YUMMY!

Good caramel latte and an excellent rancher burrito. The burrito is made fresh to order and just really exceptional. It can get busy, and it is a small place inside. They do have a good patio out in back.

I’m not exaggerating when I say “The Rancher” is the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. It’s so good we went twice on our 3 night stay in BV. Good smoothies and drip coffee too. The only thing we didn’t enjoy were the beignets.
