Laid-back outpost with local art serving espresso drinks, baked goods, sweets & quiche.

Wonderful coffee shop!! This is ABSOLUTELY my go-to cafe for amazing lattes (they have oat milk!), chats and hangs with friends, and cute gifts! There’s plenty of seating and the baristas are always so friendly! Such a cute place!!

Blackbird is one of my go-tos for Catering breakfast/brunch. The Quiche is my family’s favorite – we often order a whole one in advance of special occasions and it’s beautiful and delicious. I recently ordered some pumpkin bites and breakfast cookies for a brunch event and those were amazing also! Thank you!

Best service and ambiance of all the coffee spots I’ve tried in town over the last five years and a space that’s welcoming and inviting enough to make you want to stay. They even have a kids reading corner!
Their sandwiches are made to order, and they have delicious pastries. They also have some beautiful paintings and local artist highlights for super reasonable prices given the quality!
Espresso shots are pulled in doubles, and they have plenty of different milk and syrup options available. The staff are super sweet and knowledgeable and have been great at answering any questions. There’s also a water station for folks, and they were recently kind enough to let me use it to fill my water bottle before going hiking.

A cute little cafe near Olympic national park. I got some nice black coffee here, and their pastries were also good. The staff are nice and helpful, but there can be a bit of a wait sometimes, so plan accordingly. All in all, a great place to stop and recharge

Good coffee. Baked goods, soup, sandwiches. Great service. Smaller space, but comfortable, nice design inside. Family friendly.
I had the soup and sandwich and a mocha. About $15. Fun spot.

Great coffee shop in Port Angeles. Vanilla latte with oat milk was perfect but the crustless quiche was even better. Liked the vibe inside and will return when we are in the area.

Disclaimer, this a review from someone who is picking up coffee on the way to work, so I am reviewing the drive through. I am only giving Blackbird 3 stars because if you actually get served: the drinks have always been great and the baked goods are good. All the missing stars are because the service is terrible. When someone commuting to work pulls through a coffee drive through, they expect to get their order taken and to get moderately quick service. I don’t know if they don’t have a bell to hear when someone drives up. But there have been at least 5 times I’ve come here in the past 2 months where I drive up and I was waiting several minutes just to see someone to get their attention. Every time they just take the order of the person who just walked in the door over drive through window that has been waiting long before the lobby customer. It’s a terrible shame because they have great drinks and the breakfast ham sandwich is delicious, but I can’t recommend this place to others who like me might be on their way to work because they are going to be late to work if they get stuck in the drive through waiting behind someone and then waiting again at the window. And for the owners who might see this, I have seem folks drive around me and park their cars and get served before anyone takes my order. Maybe consider not advertising having a drive through if you are going to ignore your customers who drive up.

Such a lovely place!! The vibe when you walk in is immediately so light and fun and welcoming. There’s lots of pretty art/photography on the walls and the bird theme is an added cute element. The baristas were friendly and kind and the food was 15/10. I got the crustless quiche, peanut butter cookie, and an almondy chocolatey cookie I forgot the name of but all of them were absolutely delicious! Definitely a good place to stop by if you’re in the area. I wish I lived closer or I’d be here all the time.

Another morning and another amazing coffee shop discovered in Port Angeles. Blackbird Coffee has absolutely everything you would want in a coffee shop including great coffee, great food, art on the walls and a spectacular crew working there. Everyone is so nice they all seem like owners and we certainly felt welcome even if we didn’t necessarily appear as locals. The next time there is a ferry to catch in Port Angeles, get there early and stop at Bkackbird coffee. You will thank me for that little tip.
