Would love to give ZERO stars. After being on the road all day, had a late check-in. We were tired and didn’t want to go out, so went down to the Bistro. We stopped at the counter to place our order and were told to take a menu and find a place to sit; the young man said he’d be with us shortly. Twenty minutes later no one had stopped by our booth. The young man waited on a steady stream of guests walking up to the counter. They are definitely understaffed for what was obviously a busy time of night. We finally gave up and left. Too bad…..I’m a good tipper!!

As far as hotel food goes, it is fairly average fare. The breakfast sandwiches are definitely premade, mine came out very unevenly heated, with part of the sandwich cold.
