I will start by saying that the staff here was friendly and pleasant to interact with. However, it was apparent that they were inexperienced working under pressure in a food service capacity and they didn’t operate under any clear system to take orders, prepare food in a timely manner and then keep track of/communicate with customers to get them their orders.
When I arrived to get a coffee and bagel to go, I maybe had 2 people ahead of me in line. I figured five minutes to get through the processes. I ended up waiting 20-25 minutes after I ordered to get my food and I was waiting with 10-15 people. I originally went here to get something quicker than the hotel’s restaurant, but that may have gotten me through faster and more experienced service.
I can’t claim to have a solution to the problem, but it looked like everyone needed to go into their day with a plan and have more experience in their position. I got the impression that these were other hotel staff called in to fill a call out in a pinch.

I went there this morning and service was terrible. The 2 people in front of me could not even get their order in without the 2 girls behind the counter interrupting them to talk to each other about how to do things. When I finally gave my order which I was interrupted because a lady 2 before me wanted a receipt and they told her cash orders do not automatically get a receipt? I made my order & they gave me a number & said they would bring it to my table. 20 minutes later I went up to counter & it was just sitting there – cold & I had to say is this my order and they said yes so I took it to my table. Not sure I will ever go there again for coffee. I will just stick to thirty thirty for coffee.

Walked in, very clean environment, pool is new and very clean well maintained. Has a very nice bar and bistro. Bartender was extremely nice and gave great recommendations on places to eat and places to visit since we are traveling out of state and just looking for fun places to see. Overall excellent experience looking to come back again sometime.
