We have dined at the bistro numerous times. As always the food was delicious. Only 1 server was working. The hostess helped out when possible. We were prepared for the service to be slow. After being seated, it took 30 minutes to be acknowledged for drinks. We then found out that there was a miscommunication about who would take care of our table. In addition to cocktails, we asked for water which we never received. The butter had melted quickly on my baked potato so the waitress asked if I would mind using the butter that came with the bread basket or if I wanted her to get me another. Finally, when the bill came, she hovered over my shoulder for the tip. I felt I couldn’t take the time to give a custom tip. The lowest percentage allowed was 20% which we didn’t feel she was deserving of. There were 6 other sets of patrons there while we were there. Several were finishing up.

I read reviews and was hopeful. However I was so disappointed in everything- the service and food were sub par. Janice was our server-run if you get her. Everything was a problem for her. She was “too busy” with other tables to bother with us. Yes, she told us she had other tables to take care of. Never once came by amd cleared empty plates from the table, used drink cups and beer bottles stayed on the table. Mind you, we were an eight top so she could have gotten tipped alot. Every question to her was met with attitude and eye rolls. The food – came out cold. Ordered smothered chicken. The cheese was hardened on the plate, the bacon wasn’t even warm, it looks like they took it from a pile and stuck it on top. One of our party had the side of spaghetti, which is on the menu, and it came out a lump of dried spaghetti, no sauce, nothing! Who serves food like that?! Frozen veggies as a side, still wet like frozen vegetables are and not even warm. Save your money and go elsewhere, there are plenty of better options in the area. I’d post a picture of the spaghetti but it won’t let me.

My wedding luncheon was at the Bistro. Debby and her staff were wonderful. Even though we were a small party they took care of us as though there were 100 of us.

Great food at competitive prices. Nightly specials. Nice portion size. Well made drinks. Beautiful, relaxing setting. Wonderful service. The only improvement I suggest is to serve bread with the salad and entree. A once a month murder mystery dinner sounds fun. Plenty of room to hold any kind of special event. Looking forward to the next visit.

My wife and I go there at least once a month, or more if our schedule permits. Food is always good. Cannot beat the setting. Prices are in line for the food. Service is as good as anywhere. Very cool to see the horses and open land.

Do not go when they have dinner theater, unless you want to wait. Made a reservation for 6:50pm and was not seated until 7:30pm… Had the handcut ribeye steak (rare) and it was cooked perfectly. Prices are up there with other decent sit down restaurants. Meghan did a GREAT job!!! I will be back on a night with no dinner theater…

First time here. Ordered the Sandtrap to go. VERY tasty shrimp and pasta. Cesar salad was good also. Not crazy about the bread but that’s just me i think. I can see most people raving about it. Will definitely be visiting here once a week. Hope to try the steak next. It was 6:30 on a Friday night and they had just sold out of the filets. Must be good.

This was our first time here, but we will be back!! The food was delicious and reasonable priced. Our waitress was fantastic. We sat outside on the patio and the view was beautiful. This is definitely a hidden gem! Looking forward to coming back for dinner!

Ate here for lunch as we were going to an event on property. Fabulous place!! Food was excellent, BLT & a veggie quesadilla! Drinks were great, definitely order the Blue Hawaii Margarita!
