Great food, great service, great atmosphere! My wife and I enjoyed a lovely anniversary dinner here and loved it. They accommodated my dietary needs (gluten free) with ease, and also improvised some delicious mocktails for us. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. We look forward to returning on our next visit to Bryson City and would recommend this dining experience to anyone.
Side note, we were not guests at the hotel, but they easily accommodated us. I would recommend reservations however as the restaurant was full.

Wow! Wow! Wow! This was definitely the best meal we had in Bryson City. Our dining experience included meatloaf and trout. Though that sounds kind of bland, if you look at the photos, you’ll see why it was so impressive. The flavors were incredible. The trout was done to perfection and the open range meatloaf was exotic and delicious. The service was very professional and friendly.

This is our favorite restaurant and my husband and I have been coming since we started dating. We have driven 3 hours there and back from atlanta just for dinner and even had our post-engagement dinner there after he proposed in the national park! We’ve since gotten married and have a baby on the way and keep making our yearly trip to Everett! The longevity of the staff is a testament to how great this restaurant is! We see the same faces year after year and they have started to remember us too. We truly love it and my husband is obsessed with the meatloaf and the former-brownie ala mode. I am obsessed with the crab cake—when they have it, and the white chocolate bread pudding. It is quite literally my favorite dessert on this planet. We came tonight and were devastated to see that they changed the bread pudding recipe—the texture was completely different, larger, more dense and bread-y and less custardy and the signature crunch on top was gone I’m really sad. I really hope they will hear my feedback and go back to the original recipe. It was truly special and they didn’t need to change a thing. There was nothing like it!! This pregnant lady is very sad but I’ll be hopeful that next year when we make a our yearly trip, it will be back. Always 5 stars, no matter what. We do love it there!

We stayed at The Everett Hotel this past weekend and were impressed beyond our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Our room was spotless, spacious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, with thoughtful touches like robes and slippers waiting for us.
Dinner was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was exactly what we were hoping for… relaxed, inviting, and full of character. (Highly recommend the Mjollee dates as an appetizer!)
Beyond the beautiful space and excellent food, what truly stood out was the team. Every staff member we met was kind, attentive, and clearly proud of what they do. We’ll definitely be back and I would recommend this hotel.

First off- I have an allergy to dairy and gluten and they were able to accommodate AND make delicious food!!! They even had a dairy free and gluten free dessert!
The service was outstanding and the vibe is very relaxed and casual. Beautiful historic building. This restaurant is a must when visiting the area!!!

My husband and I are visiting and were told by a friend to check out the bistro at the Everett hotel. The owner Ron was so accommodating and made sure we got a reservation before we left town. So glad we got the chance to eat here. Such a beautiful place with great service and the food was amazing! We both had the trout which was lightly battered and perfectly cooked. Everything served along side the trout paired so well with each other! The drinks were great as well, We had the old redeemer and a Basil Hayden manhattan. My husband said he would eat here every night of our stay!

Amazing service. We had a reservation at 7:30 with 4 of us. Timing was great. Friendly hosts, servers, and staff. We had a ton of food. The ceaser salad, the dates, trout, meatloaf, corn chowder and brownie Ala mode. It was all presented nicely and tasty. Food was reasonable prices for the quality.
We enjoyed the quality drink menu with a nice thyme drink and a few beers.

I am very impressed that there are professional and skilled chefs willing to be out in Bryson City, NC when they could be making much more annually elsewhere. So far the BBQ and country style breakfasts have not been at all very good, but any place that is confident enough to have “bistro” in their name must be good. I took a chance and I don’t regret it. I was surprised by others that ordered meatloaf when their is a skilled chef that is good at specialty dishes. Patricia and Garrett were very great with customer service and organization. You can’t go wrong with the filets. Their drinks are my favorite part of this place. I had tried the Lavender and Lemon Drop drink. It was strong. It really made me tipsy after a few tiny sips. It was great. I 100% recommend this place.

What a pleasant experience. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere were excellent. Kiran gave us outstanding service and advice, while Patricia checked us into the hotel and answered all our questions for staying at the hotel and about town. The Everett is a gem and must visit hotel, bar, and restaurant when in Bryson City.
