Stopped here before our round of golf and got some food to go – it was good. We stopped after our round and got the sexy shrimp and clam chowder and it was so good! The clam chowder reminded me of my grandma’s- fresh, tasty, not goupy. The staff was so friendly and the patrons were super nice and conversational. We will be back!

We tried The Bistro as we were staying in an AirBnB in the Lakeland Village. The food, service and atmosphere was so great, that we’ll probably visit Allyn from Seattle just to visit the Bistro.
It’s heaven if you love seafood. My favorite was their “sexy shrimps’ starter, followed by clam chowder and the fish and chips. All of them were great.
If you’re vegetarian, you can try their garlic cheesy bread or Fettuccine Alfredo too.

Awesome neighborhood gathering restaurant and bar. Great food, service and view of the murky pond. Owners are so accommodating, and always cheerful and fun. You will enjoy your time spent here! Also, at times has live music, comedians, and hosts the local ACA monthly gatherings (ACA=Allyn Community Association)

Showed up 40 min before closing. They were super sweet! Attentive & the FOOD WAS AMAZING! Chicken Alfredo was so flavorful, creamy & the chicken was spiced perfectly with a nice sear. You can tell the chef put love into the dishes & my husband got a cheeseburger which was perfectly he said. Also got the steak bites for an app and it was all so flavourful. Such a cute spot for date night!

Great neighborhood restaurant and a perfect spot to hang out after playing golf. The setting is very calming with the pond fronting the dining room. Food is very good and I’ll definitely be back again.

Four star for Allyn, but a three star anywhere else.
We were sat quickly and the staff was super friendly. We got seated on the patio which was nice since some ducks decided to have a bath and we got to watch the action.
For our app we got the gorgonzola tri-tip which was just okay. I would order them much less well done next time but the cheese sauce was good.
For mains we got the Caesar wrap and burger. The Wrap had croutons inside which was odd but good. The burger wasn’t great. Probably began the day as a frozen puck. Both mains came with fries which were good because they had the skin on but weren’t great because they were likely frozen.
The drinks were fat and delicious. As was the Strawberry Shortcake.

Great food, local beer, and nice view of the lake aka pond.
I really enjoyed the local beer and the cod and chips was delicious. We had the steak bites as starters. The cheese sauce was the best.

Absolutely delicious meals in this cozy local bistro. We had savory steamed clams, Rigatoni, Garloc & Cheesy fries, Brussels sprouts to die for, fish & chips, PoBoy, detaching and pasta with meatballs- every bite a delight!

4 5. Service was a little slow but the food was exceptional. Steak bites could have been more tender, they seemed kinda fatty. We will probably return for another meal some time.
