This was my first time dining at the fairly new restaurant in Eaton! Found that the place is founded on some very promising principles and committed to the development of it’s community and it’s people! Great service and even better food have made this a definite going back for a second time. I order the honey Dijon chicken sandwich that was delicious to its very end! However the next time, I suspect I’ll be ordering the all American Burger that looked quite appealing. Very nice staff (easy to talk to and respectful) how long with an excellent chef whom prepared my sandwich. Got to say the location was a little off the beaten path, so if you’re not familiar with this place be sure to put it in your GPS or use your Google maps. If you do decide to go to The bistro, to the honey Dijon chicken, it was delicious.

This is a great place to eat and have an opportunity to give back to the community if you wish. The hamburger that I ordered was cooked to order and tasted really good. My wife was really pleased with her meal as well.

The food is home cooked type things. Delicious. This is a place that runs in volunteer workers, low income can get a great meal, pay only what can afford, the rest of us can enjoy great meal, and we can pay ahead, if we like. Friendly service, good food, great prices.

Loved the special spicy pancakes with pecans!! Yum!! Great place for great cause! Staff very attentive and polite. Coffee was great and my husband said his breakfast burrito was very good too.

They care more about the staff than the customers. They allow the staff to eat at the bar, instead of allowing the customers to use the bar for carryout purchases. Then the staff has the nerve to give you a dirty look for sitting at one of their tables for a carryout order. Won’t be eating their ever again.

It’s an awesome place low prices good food made by a great chef. Very nice dinning better then most restraints and cheer then McDonald’s if you work at any job there for over an hour you get a free meal.

I was in the area and needed to eat, so I did a search and found The Bistro. It was at lunchtime, but still very quick to get food out. It is extremely affordable, which was a nice surprise. I don’t frequent this area, but if I am around I would go back.
