I’m on the fence here because while some things were great others were just meh. Parking lot is pretty unassuming, shared with Sam’s Club. The building itself looks pretty old and could do with a little fixer upping. Once inside decor was okay, think homey country kitchen. We were greeted pretty quick and sat at a booth with menus to look over. Our drink order was taken while we did so. Two of us decided on the one biscuit meal. One with bacon one with a sausage patty and hash browns. The other a country fried steak. Added some coffee and waters. Our server was friendly and our food was out fairly quick., the food came out looking pretty boring, but the gravy had great flavor. Biscuits can make or break a meal and for me while one of my biscuits was soft and tasty with the gravy the other half was hard as a rock.,Hash browns and eggs were cooked exactly how I asked. Would I come back proverbs not, but was it awful no. There are just so many more options around with a bit more presentation and choices. Solid 3.8, but with service give it a 4.

Food was mid. The coffee tasted burnt. Then service felt like they didn’t want to be there. The place is quiet. No music. You can feel like there is no love in this place. Tbh I won’t be coming back. This was a toss up between here and first watch and I picked my choice poorly. Should have made my drive to first watch. I would give a 1 star but some of the food was edible but the regular bacon taste like dog food.

We waited almost 30 minutes for our food. When it came out we had to send it back, because it was prepared wrong.
My wife ordered the power bowl, it was missing the scrambled eggs, spinach.
I ordered the biscuits and gravy special, their #1 breakfast. The gravy had clumps of flour still in it, and no sausage at all. We sent it all back to have them issue us new food.
I decided not to reorder the biscuits and gravy.
I got just a simple 2 egg breakfast. The wife got the power bowl again. The wife says it’s good.
I specifically came here for the biscuits and gravy. I was very disappointed, I did the research and read the reviews. I guess I will have to keep trying to find a good place to have biscuits and gravy. Because the biscuit house did not impress me at all.
I can not recommend this place.

We finally tried The Biscuit House on a Sunday morning and loved the cute farm-style décor and clean space. Service was friendly, though there was a small mix-up with my son’s burger that they quickly fixed, and the food took a bit to come out. The huge, perfectly cooked Hangover Burgers and the chorizo hash made everyone happy with their meals.

The food and prices were decent. The interior is really cute and homey. However, the customer service from the waiter and staff was lacking. They acted like they couldn’t care less about being there. It wasn’t that busy in the store, so I asked for creamer for my coffee but I never got it. I asked one of the staff for it since she was going table to table restocking, but she sounded annoyed when I asked for some. We also felt rushed to leave, but again, they weren’t busy.

We’ve come several times for breakfast and once for brunch. Every time there was great food, both taste wise and potion wise. Additionally customer service is always fantastic.

This place is horrible for food and service. I definitely do not recommend. It took us like 10 minutes just to get our drinks! My husband had to send his sprite back because it didn’t taste right. I didn’t like the first thing I got, do I preferred something else. They did not take the food off the receipt that I barely even touched! The only plus is the music and the decorations, otherwise do NOT go there.

This place is awful!! I ordered online. When I went to pick up my order it wasn’t busy. Two servers looked at me standing at the hostess desk and didn’t even acknowledge me. After waiting almost 10 minutes, a server asked if I was there to pick up an order. He went and got my order. The tiny serving of hash browns was shredded potatoes not the cubed potatoes with peppers as shown on the menu. The omelette had very little corned beef unlike what is shown on the menu. They forgot to give me the toast that was supposed to come with the meal. The watery, flavorless instant grits they tried to pass off as grits were terrible. Save your money and go to one of the many other local restaurants in Gilbert

My brother took me here for my birthday. The chipped beef, French toast, bacon, and the birthday muffin were all excellent. The staff really know how to deliver great customer service. I can’t imagine many restaurants being able to beat this place.
