The vibe in here is immaculate. Old beer trays on the wall. Elton John Space Oddity & other similar artists on the playlist. Good selection of beer. We had the Pho’rench Dip is off the charts for unique flavor. The fries are perfectly crunchy & hand cut fresh. Try the ranch. I paired it with a Channel Marker Raspberry Peppercorn Cider & my husband had Gold Dot.

Drinks are solid, but the food was a letdown. The BLAT bread was soaked in oil, the fries were overly greasy, and the salad had way too much dressing. Didn’t finish the meal and left hungry.
Edit response to the owner: Georgeee, it’s just not my cup of tea, though I know to each their own. I really wanted to love it, but I did leave hungry. It’s totally valid feedback, I just felt bad complaining if that’s how it’s meant to be. There is a difference between good truffle fries and what you served me but I’ll be sure there’s no confusion at the next restaurant, it won’t be back at yours. Happy holidays!

Great place with an extensive list of beers on tap. We ordered a burger with truffle fries and a pulled pork sandwich. Of the two I preferred the burger. Ask for ranch because it’s delicious

I split the fried chicken sandwich and the bacon grilled cheese with the German potato salad. That potato salad hit the spot, not many places have great German potato salad but they do here. The grilled cheese however; it had potential but there was a sauce in it that tasted like Velveeta American cheese and kinda took over the flavor of the whole sandwich. Definitely better than the average grilled cheese but the cheese curds were covered up. The chicken sandwich hit the spot. The pickled onions combined with the tender thigh meat and avocado were scrumptious. I also got an Arnold Palmer and it was really good and fresh but expensive. Overall definitely one of the best places in the area and I would recommend it if you’re in Bothell and need somewhere to eat!

Great beer bar with a decent selection of beers on tap. They also do great food. We sat at the bar, Tyler who served us was great, knew his beers! The one downer was when someone decided to start vacuuming at 730pm, likely just a fall leaves thing but not necessary when you have a full restaurant and bar. The dip sandwich and special were very tasty.

We decided to go here for lunch. We got a seat outside because we had the baby doggie! They are very dog friendly outside. The service was excellent! The establishment is clean and organized. So we started with the chopped salad to share. It was very very good! All the ingredients were crisp and fresh. The bacon had good salt and the goat cheese add an excellent creamy texture and taste to the bacon salt. The ranch dressing was very good also I think it’s a house ranch but I’m not 100% sure I forgot to ask but it tasted very fresh and good. I ordered the burger and got the aoli on the side. The aoli was one of the best dips and add-ons I’ve had in a while! We dipped our fries in it and loved it. My partner ordered the fried chicken sandwich. The chicken was fried well and crispy. The ingredients were all fresh and delicious. They have a HUGE rotating beer menu!! We will definitely return!!

Bine Beer and Food Gastropub absolutely nailed it! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was welcoming and the food delivered big time. The Pho French Dip is next-level—rich, flavorful, and perfectly done. The Meatball Sub was hearty, comforting, and packed with flavor. And don’t skip the side options—the quinoa salad was fresh, well-balanced, and the perfect complement to the mains.As well as German potato salad.

Outstanding service and delicious food! The pho-rench dip was a standout, and there’s an impressive selection of craft beers. The hazy IPA was a personal favorite. The place has a fantastic vibe with cozy decor, and our server, Alex, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely planning to return soon!

Got seated after happy hour but given a happy hour menu. I really wanted the smash burger and wings. It’s after happy hour so I’m totally willing to pay whatever difference but I’m told no. They will not prepare what I’ve asked for. You have the fixings for all this in the back but you won’t provide your customers. If I haven’t already ordered my kids burger we woulda walked out. Never again.

My wife and I visited Bine on a lark as we passed through Bothell before a high school football game. We had a great experience. It was a Monday, so it wasn’t busy, and we sat at the bar and enjoyed the great beer selection, unique Pho’rench Dip Sandwich (sort of a love child between a Banh Mi and a French Dip), and crispy brussels – super good! We left jealous we didn’t have a pub like this near our house. Would definitely make a point to stop in again!
