What a cool spot! Oldest bar in Newton, used to be a speakeasy, such a good vibe. Jenna was so engaging and welcoming. She made the BEST Bloody Mary I’ve ever had. All the cocktails are on point, they have their own vodka seltzers , food was amazing, I got the smash burger… what a find… will absolutely return soon. Hopefully for Sunday brunch!!! Thanks, Jenna! Such a pro.

Food is ok. Burger and waffle fries were good but nothing special. Service is fantastic though and they have taco tuesdays 3 dollars a taco.

Food was excellent, no complaints there, though I found the pigs in a blanket snack a little too fancified. The French Dip Panini and French fries were super tasty, made with the braised beef that is in a lot of other menu items.
Table was in a weird spot where there’s no foot rail on part of the bench seating, makes legs fall asleep. Also super loud, very little noise insulation. Wish the waiter came by with water more often.
Really cool and interesting decor, decent music, if loud; and big TVs with sports if you like that sort of thing. Lots of seating but it is a very popular place, so I recommend a reservation especially if your party is greater than 2 people. That way even if you’re early you only have to wait a little and still get seated pretty quick.
They have a lot of drink options including a couple mocktails, I don’t drink so I can’t give an accurate opinion on their flavor.

We’ve only ever had this through UberEats, so I can’t really speak on the service inside or the atmosphere.
We’ve tried a variety of dishes, such as a range of burgers, fries, and the Caesar Salad. The Caesar salad was a bit underwhelming, but was pretty standard as far as salads go. The burgers are a bit expensive for the price, but was cooked well and went well with the fries. The mashed potatoes are buttery and taste really good, but ours didn’t come with a side of gravy? It doesn’t really need gravy though and tastes well on its own.

Best Bloody Mary’s made by Jenna! Really cool decor and staff. The food was awesome and drinks even better. Jenna was so hospitable and her cocktail making skills were top tier. She was so hard working the entire time we were there all while having such great conversation with us. We will definitely be back!

This is a great spot for midday lunch. I can walk over from work and have a quick bite. On this trip, I had a Buffalo chicken wrap with waffle fries. They were nice enough to give me a side of dipping cheese sauce for the fries.
