The restaurant itself is more of a fast casual style setup, nothing fancy inside, but do not let that fool you because the food was excellent.
I started with the falafel appetizer, which came with five falafel balls, tzatziki sauce, and a fresh little lettuce and tomato mix on the side. The falafel was perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside, warm inside, and very fresh tasting. The tzatziki was a great match and everything had a clean, homemade flavor.
For my main meal, I ordered the Big Greek Feast and it was a ton of food. It came with gyro meat, grilled chicken skewers, pita bread, feta cheese, a pepper, and a lemon wedge, plus two sides. I chose rice and salad, and both were excellent. The salad was very fresh and surprisingly filling, and the rice was seasoned perfectly. Everything tasted well prepared and full of flavor.
Portions were generous enough that I could not finish it all and ended up getting a second meal out of it, which is always a plus.
The staff was friendly and welcoming, the bathrooms were very clean, and overall the experience was great.
This was an excellent stop for Mediterranean food and I would definitely come back again.
First, I was so happy to see how busy they were. We were there around 7p on a Sunday, they were packed, and people just kept coming in. Always a great sight with a new restaurant!
As we waited for our food, I overheard friends talking to each other and the one saying she comes all the time and gets the same thing every time bc it is so good. (Btw, she gets the Greek salad with chicken!)
We ate the Greek bowl with chicken, feisty feta, and the Greek fries. I can see why that person eats there routinely!! Our food was amazing!!!!! I look forward to returning many, many times!!
As we were outside eating, I observed an employee run outside after a patron because he forgot to place the hummus in the to go bag. He apologized and went back inside. This is superior customer service!!! And that creates loyal customers! Well done on his part!!
We will absolutely return!
I reached out to the team members and managers, and nobody showed empathy, sympathy, or care. Nobody acknowledged my concerns, and as a result, I will not be returning—and I advise others not to return either. Not because of an accident, but because they have no customer care, no decorum, and no accountability.
Do you want people like that handling your food.
The restaurant was very cold! I happened to notice the thermostat was set to 61. Seriously, it wasn’t much warmer than the outside temperature!
UPDATE: The owner sent an email that he’d like to discuss my review . I responded that ‘d be glad to. I’ve heard nothing further from them.
