We heard the food was good. Well we were wrong. First of all the menu I had was dirty and disgusting. We ordered fried mushrooms as an appetizer. It was your basic frozen item. I ordered the cheese steak and my wife ordered the Texas Patty melt. The cheese steak had very little meat on it and it was so overcooked the meat was tuff. I couldn’t eat it. The Texas Patty melt was good but the fries were barely cooked. Our waitress was terrible. She brought our food and didn’t bring any ketchup. Once I asked to take back the cheese steak , she was not around. I was going to leave her a good tip because of the season and it wasn’t her fault. She never came back. I had to go get from her group chat just to get my check. Not a good first impression.

Ordered a chicken Philly didn’t check bag in drive thru got home and it wasn’t chicken. Called back asked them to make a chicken one and would be on the way. Get there they get the wrong sandwich back. But haven’t started my chicken Philly. So I wait. Get home and eat but somehow they felt the need to put this load of jalapeño peppers…. Now mind you, I ate the sandwich with jalapeño in each bite if not two, and still had this left over. Be careful being spiteful and serving the public.

Passing thru on a girl’s trip. Stopped to have lunch. The place was packed, and we had to wait, but they were getting people in and out, so we didn’t have to wait long. The restrooms were decent. Their menu has a lot of different options to choose from, which was exciting but hard to choose one thing. Their fried green tomatoes were delicious. I got the grilled chicken deluxe. Very fulfilling, and the fries were still steaming when they came to the table. Overall experience was great.

hostess was very rude to me. my boyfriend and i went to the counter to pay for our food, he asked her if he could get a to go sweet tea and she gave it to him, she was nice and everything then i asked for a to go pepsi and she asked if i got pepsi to drink and i said yes then all of a sudden she had to get the lady behind me first before me even though i was there first but i stepped aside and didn’t say anything. she was taking too long trying to figure out the change to give the lady and so i walked out with no drink. i will never be going back, terrible service good food though. ♀️

I have been coming here since their opening and I still enjoy coming here. Are they perfect? No, but they always strive to do better. There has been some mistakes when ordering and things don’t always get to the table the way you expected it to however when asked about it they always try their best to correct it. We don’t always have to be a butt and get upset every time something doesn’t always go our way. I have been to some of the best restaurants and they all have their share of mistakes so instead of just getting on here and bashing a restaurant, at least give them the opportunity to make things Better!

I’ve passed this place many times when visiting the upstate. I was finally able to go in. Think Texas Road house meets Lizards Thicket for the atmosphere. I had the grilled chicken panini. The chicken was so tender and the bacon crispy and good! I would definitely go back!

Food has always been okay so I will go here in a pinch if I’d like a hamburger. Because Ive never had a problem, I didn’t check my food when I got it last night. I ordered over the phone and picked up through the drive thru. The nice your lady on the phone repeated my order to me 3 times to make sure it was correct. Well, when I got home, I realized that the chili cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, mayo and no mustard that I ordered actually was a cheeseburger with dry chili, globs of mayo, mustard (which I said no to) and no lettuce and tomato. I live 15 minutes away and it was 8pm so I figured a phone call would rectify the situation. Well, when I explained what happened, the employee asked me to bring the burger back. I explained that I lived 15 minutes away and was not coming back that way. I asked if I could have a name for the receipt and I could come back and have it remade. This employee asked her manager and gave me a hard no. She blamed everything on the new employee who was working the cash register. Although she admitted what she saw on the screen. If she is new, she should have someone standing with her until she gets used to it. Needless to say, I won’t be back. Customer Service is terrible and its a shame that the new cashier gets all the blame. If I were her, I’d find me another job. And if you read some of these comments, there is no response from the resturant and their management for poor ratings. They don’t care.

Just needed to place a Togo order for my Grandma and the front of house service worker was extremely rude the entire time. On her phone the whole time and talked to me like I was stupid. No other customers were waiting but she acted like I was an inconvenience to her. If you come here expect poor service. The workers name was Trish so I’d avoid her if possible. She also didn’t give us the drinks but I didn’t feel they were worth being treated poorly so I just got the food and left.
