When we arrived to this restaurant, the host was extremely friendly. I immediately checked in online using Yelp with the wait time of 1 to 11 minutes. We were seated in about five minutes. The food was really good. The service was great and the portion sizes are really big. Definitely check this place out. If you are in the area, you won’t be disappointed.

We are visiting from Ontario, Canada and this was our first time here. Our server Alex was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great, the servings are huge and everything was fresh. The manager even came out to speak to us to make sure that everything was good and say hello!

The Big Biscuit in Liberty, MO is absolutely fabulous! The service was phenomenal! When seated, we were offered coffee and ice water immediately. Then, we were allowed the time we needed to figure out what we wanted to order with patience and grace. Upon delivery of our food we enjoyed a little of everything ordered as we wanted to try it all! In my opinion, the biscuits and gravy was THE BEST! My husband also really enjoyed his Nashville hot chicken & waffles. The traditional eggs Benedict was good, but the Benedict sauce was heavy on the mayo. Overall everything was good and we enjoyed everything ordered. The service was absolutely wonderful and our server, Pamela, was super attentive and an absolute delight!

If you haven’t had good American food, you will here. Amazing authentic American breakfast restaurant with ranch-style diner aesthetics. The biscuit was creamy and light, with a firm bite. The gravy is also very lightweight. The kitchen sink is 10/10. Overall very healthy, light, and hearty meal.
