Cool tavern for this area of the boardwalk. It gives a feel of a neighborhood tavern . Food a bit over priced for what its worth. It is good , but $18 for frozen fried wings . ‍♀️. I had a corona and Bbq wing appetizer it was $28 plus $4 tip . Servers are always dressed nicely and very professional. Paying for location is always expensive. As a local not a place I will frequent.

Great ambiance and German beer selection, however the food was really bland and not worth the price.

After getting a bite somewhere and walking around the boardwalk, The Biergarden caught my eye, so my wife and I decided to stop by and check it out. I was impressed by the wide selection of beers and although they didn’t carry Franziskaner, what was available on the menu was more than enough for one to choose from and satisfy all tastes and preferences. We ordered a food dish to pick on while enjoying our drinkables, french fries with melted cheese and bits of bacon, which was ok, nothing to wow about. The service was very attentive, friendly, knowledgeable. Good atmosphere, nice decor and overall set up. On another occasion visiting A.C. (and it was the first time after quite a while) I will make it a point to stop by to enjoy some more of their beer offerings from their menu.

Nice place to get a good beer n pretzel. Little bit of sticker shock but it’s on the boardwalk, open to he ocean. Some fun outdoors games to keep busy. Nice overall business.

Nice outdoor garden on the boardwalk with super friendly staff and attentive waiters who were always checking in to make sure we had everything we need. Great range of beers of different styles in half and full liter mugs and boots. Plenty of German and other food options as well. They also have cornhole.

Purely rating on service, the bartender was probably the nicest interaction I had during my entire visit in AC. I won’t say she went above and beyond on recommendations, but she made sure to greet me with a smile. They also let you take to go cups which was nice.

Had a fun visit the other day to watch hockey and basketball. Lots of German beers on tap as well as craft. They have food also which is generally German pub food. The potato pancakes were ok. The sausages looked really good. We went in March, so it was slightly cold sitting, but they do have heaters overhead. The one negative was they allow smoking. It would likely be a hot spot in the summer months. Lots of outdoor seating.

Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon and it was pretty good, super chill and relaxed atmosphere. They an awesome beer selection as well as a great mixed cocktail menu. We had a Weihenstephan beer and an evil genius IPA. And the ladies had a Stella and a watermelon mixed cocktail that they absolutely loved. For lunch we ordered the fried pickles, and potato pancakes, both were very good, double cheeseburger ( it was very juicy and cooked perfectly), and the spicy sausage on a pretzel roll with peppers and onions. Overall a great experience. Our waitress was awesome, the service was excellent. Prices are very reasonable. I’ll definitely recommend this place. And there is two corn holes.
