Great service, clean. Lunch specials are good and fair for the value. Charismatic cook makes the experience in full, joyful and excited to great the many diverse people who visit the Best Steakhouse regularly. The western-theme fixtures and decor are a lovely touch. Salad bar is clean and usually well stocked. The medium rare steak I ordered is usually cooked perfectly, and of course keeps cooking after grilling. The cook is the soul of this restaurant!

The service is always amazing. The owner greets us with a smile and the smells of food are always welcoming. The place is always clean and absolutely no complaints on the service. The food is always hot and it never takes long to prepare almost any order. I definitely recommend the place, it’s in an convenient area.

We gave this restaurant 45 years of our business. Over the years we occasionally wrote or emailed them including our telephone number and some comments or suggestions. Never once did they respond. After their fire last year they said that they would keep their customers updated on their remodeling progress. We have stopped occasionally to check what is happening at the restaurant. It is still an empty shell after about 8 months. And their communication, like always, CRICKETS! Why would I expect different? Thats how much they care about their faithful customers. They are giving us what they believe that they owe us. NOTHING!

I was quite disappointed with Ari’s Best Steak House after hearing such good things about it. Part of the issue might have been that I didn’t order any steak. The toast and potato was good. The fish was bland (also didn’t come with any sauce) and the bbq ribs were fatty. Also, when I ordered I was told salad would come as a side but I didn’t get any salad. When I went to pick up my food it was a little confusing. For future reference, when you pick up food, walk all the way around the line and booths to the cashier instead of waiting in line. After waiting in line I was told to go around to the cashier and wait there. Also, not a big deal but my order was late for pickup.

Quick & easy ordering assembly line process. Salad were soggy & not fresh. Buttered bread was pretty good! Wish we could have seconds on the bread. Fillet steak was soft & delicious. T-bone steak was harder but ok. Lobster could be a little more cooked to get the tenderness out. Not getting processed shrimp again. My son loved it and wanted to go back ASAP!
