you guys ️ ️ ️ I FOUND THE ONE
Walking in, the place was super clean with plenty of tables and I honestly loved the layout. They have dividers between each table so you feel tucked away in your own little space, which made it even better.
Now the music? Whew. They were playing R&B and I was vibing the whole time.
Let’s talk service. At first I thought our server was a little rude, and I felt kind of rushed. But I brushed it off thinking maybe that’s just his personality. We ordered and when the food came out BRUHHHHHH.
We got shrimp spring roll and listennn ……. Never in my life have I tried spring rolls that were crunchy like that. And I don’t mean fried chicken crunchy m, I mean, fresh ingredient crunchy. Lettuce snapped, everything tasted fresh, and you could tell they were made with love because every ingredients stood out.
Even the d*mn tea was so good I literally took a picture of the brand so I can find it later .
Now for the star of the show : THE PHO.
We ordered oxtail and short ribs (yes, we were feeling a lil FANCAYYYY) and BABBYY they DID NOT DISAPPOINT. The meat was so tender it was basically falling off the bone. We took our time, finished every sip of the tea and enjoyed every bite of our food.
By the end, our server (I’m calling him Uncle now ) packed up our leftovers for us. Honestly, I think I just misread his personality at first. But rude or not, I didn’t even care because the food was THAT GOOD.
I promise they didn’t pay me to write this review. It all started when I bit into that spring roll, looked at my friend and said “Yeah…I’m writing a review.”
Give this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.
It was my first time here.
The broth is rich, deep, and exactly the kind of flavor you hope for when you sit down to pho. I took a large bowl and jt came packed with meat and noodles, and it actually fills you up (I’m a big guy and it hit the spot). Everything about it just feels high quality.
What really made it special was the people. The owner came over, showed me fresh photos and videos from that day of how they make the broth, then sat down with his own pho. I mentioned that I don’t usually like the meatballs in pho, so before he started eating his own pho, he offered me one from his bowl so I could try it fresh. That kind of hospitality made me feel like I was eating at a family place, not just a restaurant.
All around, it was a fun lunch—great food, great people, and a real connection. 10/10. If you’re into pho, come try it. You won’t be disappointed.
I’ve ordered from PHO & THAI RESTAURANT before and usually enjoy the food, but my recent experience was disappointing.
I ordered potstickers, but they tasted stale and not fresh.
I asked for level 5 spice (the highest option available online) on the Kee Mao noodles, but they weren’t spicy at all — not even mild.
The soda I ordered was out of stock, and they just gave me a different one without asking if I wanted it.
When I arrived for pickup, the food was just left on a table, not handed to me. It felt impersonal and careless.
The portion sizes have gotten noticeably smaller, especially considering the prices.
I really wanted to support a local spot I’ve liked in the past, but this visit missed the mark in several ways. I hope they return to the quality and service they once had.
