I’ve come here a few times now. I feel like I get treated like royalty EVERY TIME I come in. Brittany, Myles and Juliet even know my drinks now. Maybe that’s just a testament on how Amazing they are or at least how often I visit (no shame) This place has cool swanky vibe and I can tell anyone who comes in here have an amazing experience. Anyone who doesn’t? It’s their own fault. I’ll be back many times!! Thanks Belmont. !!

I haven’t had any food from there yet but I love the coffee based cocktail I had. The historical charm of the Belmont Club is delightful!

I’m a regular at The Belmont Club, and it truly never disappoints. The atmosphere is always inviting, the crowd is real, and the service is on point every single time. But what really keeps me coming back is the incredible staff—especially Brittany, my go-to bartender.

Brittany is the definition of professional hospitality. She remembers your drink, your vibe, and treats everyone like they belong. Fast, friendly, and always bringing great energy—she elevates the entire experience. Whether you’re here to unwind after a long day or catch a good night out with friends, she makes sure you feel taken care of.

If you haven’t been, you’re missing out. And if you go—ask for Brittany. She sets the standard.

There’s so much to say about The Belmont. From the vibes, to the drinks, to the staff, it’s all top tier. From the doormen to the bartenders, you’re well taken care of. Right when you walk in someone’s greeting you. There aren’t any other bars like this in the area. Karaoke on Wednesdays, some days with live music and holiday parties.

Perfect place to have a drink, watch your teams, listen to music or catch up with friends. Lucky for you, you have the best bartenders in the city making your drinks too, whether that be Brittany, Juliet, Sakai or Myles. Such amazing personalities and love them all like family. It’s genuinely always a good time. I’ve honestly become a “regular” but there isn’t anything regular about the Belmont.

First time here. The atmosphere is so cute like I genuinely enjoy it and the drinks are great but our bartender was awful. Did not catch her name but she was extremely rude to us when we came up to get a drink and spoke to us like it was our first time at a bar? My friend and I then heard her be rude to customers that were asking about a drink that was posted on their website. I don’t know if I would come back knowing she is working…

Place was cool. Got there rather late after a show at the Little Theatre. Had a wonderful espresso martini and a couple beers. Place was perfect for a meet up with friends.

Date of Incident: October 26 2025
Time of Incident: Approximately 10:50 PM
Location: The Bar Area

We are long-time, loyal patrons of your establishment and have spent a significant amount of money here over the years. We are writing to formally complain about a shocking and unacceptable incident that occurred during our visit on October 26th 2025.
My husband and I were seated enjoying a date night when two women seated at the bar, who appeared visibly intoxicated, began attempting to flirt with my husband. When he politely ignored their advances, they proceeded to make mocking facial expressions toward me, which we also chose to ignore.

Escalation of Incident and Employee Misconduct:

The situation escalated when I spoke quietly to my husband. At this point, one of the women at the bar—a woman with a ponytail who was clearly not working but was drinking—yelled out and became aggressive and confrontational. She claimed to be a bartender at your establishment and demanded that we leave.
This off-duty employee then began yelling at my husband and me, making several nasty, disrespectful, and distasteful comments. Her demeanor was highly unprofessional and demonstrated a complete lack of control, acting as though she owned the location.

Failure of On-Duty Staff:

The incident was compounded by the failure of the on-duty bartender to handle the situation appropriately. Despite the off-duty employee being the one who initiated the confrontation and yelled disrespectful comments, the working bartender ultimately sided with her, ordering us to leave. This occurred despite the fact that we are frequent, loyal, and paying customers.

Requested Action:

This is a terrible reflection on your business. Employees, whether on or off-duty, should not be allowed to act aggressively, confront customers, or appear intoxicated in your establishment.
We recorded the entire interaction and have the following demands:
1. Review of Footage: The security footage from approximately 10:50 PM on October 26th 2025 should be immediately reviewed to verify the facts of this confrontation.
2. Termination: The off-duty employee who initiated the confrontation and behaved in an aggressive, hostile manner should be immediately terminated and banned from the premises. Her behavior is a severe liability and a poor representation of your brand.
3. Retraining: The on-duty bartender needs to be retrained on proper conflict resolution, customer service, and the appropriate handling of intoxicated and aggressive individuals (especially off-duty staff) to ensure loyal customers are not wrongly penalized.
We were loyal customers who were willing to spend thousands more at your business. Due to the rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior of your staff, we will not be returning. We expect a prompt response regarding the actions you will take to address this serious matter

It was my first time there. And a long time since I’ve been in that area. I lived there and it was great to see some the old buildings and the area turning in to great venues and restaurants to enjoy.

Cool place on the inside. Music is loud but they are generous with the drinks. Got to try it at least once. 🙂
