Good spot in the Marquis de Lafayette that we first checked out over the summer and hit again during Christmas visit. Feels tucked away and unique, in a good way. Dinner was fast and of good quality, drinks perfectly good as well. Atmosphere during recent visit wasn’t great because of overloud audio from the Eagles game going on, but that’s not the norm.

Hosted a small Bridal Shower here for an upcoming wedding and this place was PERFECT!

The catered food was excellent- guests went back for second and third helpings! The drinks were wonderful as well. Our guests left full, tipsy, and very happy.

The staff was fantastic. Very helpful and communicative. From the bartender, to the manager, to the support staff, everyone we interacted with provided exceptional service.

The atmosphere was perfect- cozy, welcoming, and great for circulation and chatting. There are spaces for games (if you want to go that route) and PERFECT backdrops for photo ops as well. Leaving family & friend photos off this review as I don’t post people’s photos online without their consent, but trust me, we will cherish our beautiful photos!

Overall, great bang for your buck and would absolutely recommend the Bee’s Knees for your next event!

We hosted a family party for 40 people here this past weekend and it was perfect. The food and drinks were great. The room was gorgeous. The owner was incredibly easy to work with. The staff were more than helpful. And everything was very fairly priced! 10/10 highly recommend!

This place is a hidden gem. It was quiet when we got there which I like. I hate super loud places. The bees knees martini was well made and the price is really good!! They had live music which was nice. We’re coming back here again tonight!

The Bee’s Knees is a nice hidden speakeasy style restaurant. I was a little disappointed with the seating options. Reminded of a friend’s 70s basement. Food was good with a little twist. The bar was awesome looking and big with a nice selection of cocktails. Nice little place to stop for a drink before the beach as it’s location is ideal. Or to top off your evening before bed.

Stopped in for Trivia when our usual spot had cancelled. We were pleasantly surprised! Thursdays are not only trivia, but also all you can eat snow crab legs, and this Floridian did not pass up an opportunity to clean several pounds. We will definitely be back before the season is out to try other enticing menu items.

I called ahead and was told open until 11 pm and there were many specials starting at 5 pm. Showed up at 7:33 pm and was told kitchen closed at 7:30 pm “for renovations”. And there were no specials. Website advertised “Reggae night” $12 burgers, waygu sliders, $5 Red Stripe and Kona drafts. Awful experience will never go back. Host was unapologetic and seemed anxious to “clock out” for the night. Went to Taco Caballito where you’re treated right.

Great place. Very good drinks. Decent pricing. Bar tender was very well informed and shared a lot about how things were built and the background about the place.

What a treat!!!!! If you are in CM, stop in, this place is a little hidden gem. Had drinks and appetizers last Thursday night. The cocktails are all so good, and the presentation was on spot. Cheese board is a must, lobster dumplings are tasty and the scallop wrapped in bacon were great. I will be back !!!
