Tied for best burger in Utah with Capitol Burger in Capitol Reef. I’m not going to lie, I was skeptical going here. We had to make a quick trip to Logan and decided to try Beehive since there has been buzz here on Google Reviews about it. There buzz is warranted. It’s freaking legit.

We came here with a group of eight (and a baby) on a Saturday night. It looked like high school prom was also happening, so the restaurant was packed. We waited a half hour or so to be seated. Most of us got burgers. They were alright, but they had very soggy bottom buns. I got the Carolina slaw burger. The elements of it were delicious, but taking a bite out of the whole thing muted a lot of the flavors. My husband got the wagyu burger, but he said it didn’t taste any different from the other burgers. Our waitress was mostly nice, but she brought the wrong drink and scoffed at my friend when he asked for more fries (he had ordered a meal that came with endless fries, and this was his first and only time asking). The fries were good. The atmosphere was fine.

I overlooked this place for too long and I’m glad I finally tried it because it exceeded my expectations. Went with a sourdough patty melt with fondue cheese and it was just super solid flavor with 2 well seasoned burgers. Fries are also up there as some of the best in the valley.

The Beehive Grill has become a regular date spot for my hubby and myself. My favorites are their Chicken Fried Chicken, loaded nachos, jalapeño corn bread and house made root beer. I like that I can make reservations online for their busy days/times. We’ve been to their trivia night and it was a blast.

Each time we come in, we enjoy a wonderful meal. The staff is attentive. The chef’s cook exceptional food, especially Clint. We had a delicious blended Straw berry Margerita and a Monte Cristo sandwich with Onion rings and French fries.
