First off the food was amazing! Fresh ingredients and the pretzel is to die for but…the overall service was horrible from the moment we we walked in the door at the host station to hunting down a pen to sign our credit card slips. The staff was clueless. No menus, forgot drinks, forgot silverware, the waitress was completely unprofessional for the atmosphere, we basically had to ask for everything including our checks and then had to hunt down someone for change and to run our credit cards. Then no pens were left. The other thing…it wasn’t even that busy. Ive worked within the restaurant service industry for over 15 years. I will not be going back. What a shame when the service doesn’t match the caliber of food given.

I have two words…. The Meatloaf. Hands down the best Meatloaf I have ever had in my life. I was blown away… Which is why my girlfriend and I are going back this weekend just for the Meatloaf.
