And what décor it is. The soft hues, elegant details, and perfectly curated tablescape make you swear Martha herself handpicked every piece of china and every glimmering piece of glassware—probably while offering advice on proper napkin folding technique. Even the reservation card tucked neatly on the table feels like a you were her special guest.
The food was nothing short of delightful. The butternut squash soup was velvety and warm, like autumn in a bowl…comforting, softly sweet, and perfectly seasoned. The perogies were a standout: tender pillows bathed in brown butter, topped with crispy sage that crackled like a whispered secret of fall. My prime rib, ordered medium-well, arrived exactly as promised—juicy, flavorful, and carved with the kind of precision that would make Martha proudly nod. The lobster pasta was luxurious without being heavy, with sweet, perfectly cooked lobster folded into delicate noodles that tasted like they’d stolen the spotlight from any traditional Italian grandmother. And to finish, the pumpkin cheesecake was pure holiday elegance…smooth, spiced, and so good it practically begged for its own magazine cover.
The cocktails were beautifully balanced, crafted with the same meticulous touch as everything else. Our server was warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making the evening special. The staff moved with polished ease, present when needed, invisible when not…adding to the illusion that we were enjoying dinner in a very stylish, very exclusive, very Martha-esque home.
All in all, The Bedford is whimsical, comforting, refined, and nostalgic all at once. A place where exquisite French-inspired décor meets childhood memories and stunning food. And for a moment, you truly do feel like Martha’s honored guest.
If you want to try a nice lobster roll on the strip I highly recommend Luke’s lobster at least you’ll l get lobster claws and chunks as opposed to minced lobster pieces..just saying….
I ordered corn fritters for appetizer which were absolutely delicious… I have to try them because I purchased one of Martha Stewart’s cooking books and that recipe was in there and I did make it at home and it was absolutely delicious…
My husband ordered the scallops with risotto it was subpar nothing to brag about.. presentation was not there …
I expected so much more of Martha Stewart restaurant…
I had a lemon meringue dessert the lemon meringue had more cream than it did lemon curd…. But at least it was tasty…
And to be honest with you… I did not even know the restaurant had a 3.9 review
I would have never went there ….
My husband wanted to surprise me and booked it. So bottom line…
Save your $$ and try AMAYA a new Mexican upscale restaurant that has incredible food and will not break the bank. That’s my review.
I almost forgot about the chocolate cake my husband ordered..it was practically Frozen.. so he took a bite and we took the rest home to defrost….it was that bad.
I recommend arriving early to your reservation and absolutely ordering the ‘while cosmo’. It’s a beautiful blend and both strong and airy in nature. The Bedford something that you should definitely make part of your Vegas trip no matter how long or short you are there as it’s a perfect place to pause and reflect on your earnings or losses for the day and know that Martha has your back. The decor is also extraordinary abundant and repetitive in a good way glassware from the Long-Island-Hamptons-New-England-esque culture that she has curated is abundant and so our numerous copper pots and every good cook deserves a copper pot so thank you. I love Bedford …. it’s a good thing.
